\r\n請於「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」完成學術倫理教育課程，並通過課程總測驗以及取得修課證明(自行留存)，以免影響您的學位考試資格。

一、大學部及專科部學生課表
\r\n\r\n
105學年度及以前：必修課程單元為0112、0116-0120 (6單元/2小時)。
\r\n106-109學年度：必修課程單元為0101、0104-0120 (18單元/6小時)。
\r\n\r\n

\r\n二、研究生課表(含在職專班、博士班)
\r\n\r\n
105學年度及以前：必修課程單元為0101-0115 (15單元/5小時)。
\r\n106-109學年度：必修課程單元為0101-0117及0201 (18單元/6小時)。
\r\n 
\r\n\r\n
請擇一以下方式登入「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」網站並完成課程：
\r\n(一)必修學生：以必修學生身分登入完成課程與總測驗 (以此方式完成課程者，無須另外提供修課證明)。
\r\n     *登入時身分請選「必修學生」，再選學校名稱「新竹市-國立陽明交通大學（原 國立交通大學）」，帳號為學號，密碼預設為學號末5碼。
\r\n(二)個人註冊：若因故使用個人註冊身分完成課程，請填寫「NYCU學倫課程採計申請表」並檢附完整修課證明送至教學發展中心進行課程採計 (填寫前請注意相關課程認抵流程及注意事項)。

Please log in to the “Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education “ platform and complete the course using the following method.
\r\nMethod 1：Please choose “Mandatory students” as your status to log in and complete the course and final course examination
\r\n*University：Hsinchu City -National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University；ID: Your student ID number；initial P/w: The last 5 digits of your student ID number
\r\nMethod 2：If you complete the course under registrant due to special circumstances, please fill out the “Application Form for Exemption of Academic Research Ethics Education Course“ and submit it with certificate of course completion to Center of Teaching and Learning Development for credit recognition. (Please review the Notice before completing this form)
