陽明交大 VR 中心竟然可以體驗騎車環遊世界？
\r\n戴上 VR 裝置，騎乘穿梭在世界城市之間。從巴黎、倫敦等城市出發，在空中欣賞著名地標，同時選擇自己喜歡的歌曲，享受一趟城市騎乘之旅。

\r\nApplications for Additional Funding for AI-Assisted Teaching Courses under the Fall 2026 “Incentive-Based Teaching” Program Are Open until September 10, 2026

\r\n2. Eligibility: Full-time faculty members of NYCU. Each faculty member may apply for funding for no more than one course per semester.
\r\n3. Eligible Courses: Courses offered in the Fall 2026 semester.
\r\n4. Funding Coverage: Subscription fees for generative AI tools or platforms for the instructor and all enrolled students, including foreign transaction fees.
\r\n5. Funding Amount: The approved funding amount will be determined based on course enrollment, the requested AI tool and subscription plan, and the overall availability of funds.
\r\nNote: Faculty members who have already applied for the Fall 2026 Incentive-Based Teaching Course Grant may still apply for this additional funding. However, if AI service subscription fees have already been included in the original grant application, applicants must explain how the expenses requested in this application differ from those covered by the original grant to avoid duplicate funding.

本校教學發展中心114年執行教育部智慧創新關鍵人才躍升計畫，為不同背景學生設計加值軟體技術應用能力，規劃並推動「金融科技」微學程。
\r\n為鼓勵本校學生運用所學程式相關實作知識之跨域整合學習，以及培育跨域團隊合作能力，特舉辦校內智慧創新跨域潛力人才競賽活動。

\r\n一、競賽主題：
\r\n本競賽主題為「金融科技實作與應用」。
\r\n
\r\n二、參賽對象：
\r\n本校大學部學生，2~5人自行組隊參賽，自行選出1名隊員擔任隊長 (競賽聯繫窗口)。
\r\n
\r\n三、競賽獎項
\r\n競賽總獎金5萬元，獎項如下：
\r\n特優1隊：每隊獎金2萬元，獎狀每員1紙。
\r\n優等5隊：每隊獎金6仟元，獎狀每員1紙。

\r\n原來，醫學和藝術可以結合在一起!!
\r\n「醫學繪圖師」是一群經過嚴格的解剖學、醫學、與藝術創作專業能力訓練的專家，如同翻譯者，將艱澀抽象的醫學內容轉譯為可理解並具說服力的視覺語言，而這樣的專業目前在臺灣尚無正式的醫學視覺化學位培育課程，因此格外稀有。
\r\n本次很榮幸邀請到臺大醫院教學部的張育瑄醫師──從美國約翰斯霍普金斯醫學院(全世界最早成立的合格醫學繪圖師專門訓練機構)完成專業訓練且唯一歸國的臺灣籍畢業生，與我們分享從醫師到醫學繪圖師的相關經驗與心路歷程，如何在既非傳統醫療人員，也不同於一般藝術家中走出自己的一條路，一起來探索醫學X藝術的跨域世界吧!

The 2025-2 Semester " Offering Grants to Courses that Inspire Students " Open for Applications (until Jan. 09, 2026).

Courses that Inspire Students are the ones in which the teacher offers innovative teaching methods and specific strategies, as well as embrace interdisciplinary teaching – based on factors like what they’re teaching, the students’ learning characteristics, and the classroom climate – to change the classroom environment so that the course can better suit the students’ needs and encourage them to give useful feedback. Applications are now open starting！

\r\n2. A course that has received the university’s incentive-based teaching grant or other teaching innovation-related subsidies within the past three years.
\r\n *For example:courses supported by the university’s incentive-based teaching program, general education course support, or other subsidies related to promoting teaching innovation.
\r\n3.Featured courses recommended by the colleges to which the teaching units belong. In principle, each college can only recommend one course.

\r\nThe Erudite Scholarship was implemented starting from the 2023 academic year. Beginning from the 2025 academic year, eligibility will be adjusted to first-year doctoral students (including students who have been directly admitted to the PhD program, or students who have been enrolled in February)who have been admitted and enrolled at NYCU. The Erudite Scholarship will be discontinued starting from the 2026 academic year.
\r\nThe amount of scholarship is based on the actual tuition fees paid for the semester of application (excluding the credit fees for the teacher education program, individual instruction fees for music majors, and various mandatory fees).

為鼓勵本校成績優異且具研究潛力之優秀學生逕修讀本校博士班，以積極培育國家社會所需高級研究人才，特訂定學生逕修讀博士學位獎學金作業要點，112學年度起擴大辦理為獎勵兩校區學生。

一、獎學金金額：每名獎學金每月二萬元為上限，計給獎一年。當學年度獎學金金額由甄選小組決定並陳請校長核定。
\r\n\r\n
\r\n\r\n
二、申請資格條件(前三項條件均須符合)：
\r\n\r\n
(一)經本校各博士班審核通過逕修讀博士學位，並由指導教授及系所主管推薦之本地生、僑生及外籍生(不含經香港、澳門及大陸地區招生管道入學者)，惟產學創新研究學院逕博生請依產學創新研究學院獎學金施行辦法辦理。
\r\n\r\n
(二)逕修讀博士班之第一學年，且為全時進修(非在職)者。
\r\n\r\n
(三)學逕博學生之學士班畢業成績排名在該班學生前百分之二十以內;碩逕博學生之碩士班學業成績總平均達GPA3.38以上。
\r\n\r\n
(四)通過CEFR語言能力參考指標B2等級者尤佳。
\r\n
\r\n\r\n
三、有下列情形之一者，不得申請本獎學金，已獲獎者取消受獎資格，並於事實發生之次月起終止獎學金發放：
\r\n (一)於公私立機構從事全時之有給職工作或以在職生身分報考。
\r\n (二)逕修讀博士班第一學年辦理休、退學、保留入學資格。
\r\n (三)轉回碩士班就讀。
\r\n (四)參與本校與中央研究院合作辦理國際研究生學程(TIGP)入學者。
\r\n 前項第三款轉回碩士班就讀者，應繳回已領獎學金全額。
\r\n
\r\n四、申請期限:
\r\n\r\n
每學年受理申請一次，每年9月份上課開始日起至9月底最後一個上班日受理申請，逾期不予受理。
\r\n\r\n

(一)為配合永續發展校園，推動無紙化作業， 除推薦信外，其他申請文件僅接受電子檔申請，請學生每年9月底前以電子檔案方式辦理，電子檔請合併成一個pdf檔繳交，檔案上限100MB。

\r\nAnnouncement of the NYCU Regulations for Students in Direct Pursuit of a PhD Degree Scholarship
\r\n
\r\nTo encourage current excellent students with research potential to apply for direct entry to NYCU’s PhD program, so as to proactively cultivate advanced research talents for our country and society, the NYCU Regulations for Students in Direct Pursuit of a PhD Degree Scholarship have been established. Starting from Academic Year 2023, the Regulations were expanded to cover students on both campuses.
\r\n\r\n
\r\n\t- Amount of the Scholarship: Up to NT$20,000 per month and 12 months. The amount of the Scholarship is subject to change in accordance with the budget and the number of awardees.The scholarship amount for the current academic year is determined by the Selection Committee and submitted to the President for approval.
\r\n\t- Eligibility for application: (applicants should be eligible for the first three at the same time):\r\n\t
\r\n\t\t- Local students, overseas Chinese students, and international students (excluding those admitted through the admission channels from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China), who pass the review process of each PhD program and are recommended by their advisors and department chair. Applicants for Industry Academia Innovation School (IAIS) PhD programs should follow the scholarship implementation regulations of the IAIS.
\r\n\t\t- Full-time PhD students without working any paid jobs in their first academic year (part-time PhD students are not eligible).
\r\n\t\t- Undergraduate students applying for direct entry to PhD programs must have graduated from their bachelor’s program with a ranking within the top 20% of their class. Master’s students applying for direct entry to PhD programs should have an average GPA of at least 3.38.
\r\n\t\t- Applicants with English Proficiency Certificate at CEFR Level B2 (or higher) will be given favorable consideration.
\r\n\t
\r\n\t \r\n\t- Suspension and cancellation: if the applicants have one or more of the following conditions, they are not eligible for application. If the Scholarship has been awarded, the Scholarship will be suspended from the next month of the occurrence of the conditions.
\r\n\t- Students holding full-time paid employment in public or private organizations, or applying for admission to PhD programs as on-job graduate students.
\r\n\t- Applicants admitted to PhD programs applying for temporary suspension, discontinuance, or deferred admission in their first academic year.
\r\n\t- Students resuming their study in the Master’s program.
\r\n\t- Students participating in the TIGP program (in cooperation with Academia Sinica).
\r\n
\r\n\r\n
For PhD students resuming their study in the Master’s program, as Paragraph 3, Article 7, the awarded Scholarship payment shall be returned.

\r\n1.本校「著作彙編之學位論文應行注意事項」修正案業經114年3月18日113學年度第3次教務會議審議通過，
\r\n本次修正主要是新增學位論文部分或全部已投稿但尚未被接受相關聲明、彙編著作之類型，
\r\n並調整採著作彙編之學位論文其共同作者達5人以上的簽署方式。圖書館論文上傳系統亦已調整，請研究生依修訂後之規定辦理。

\r\n1.The amendment to the “National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Rules for Thesis by Publication” was approved at the 3rd Academic Affairs Meeting of the 2024 academic year on March 18, 2025. The main revisions include: the addition of a declaration for cases where part or all of academic works has been submitted for publication but not yet accepted; the types of a Thesis by Publication; and adjustments to the signature requirements when a Thesis by Publication includes co-authors numbering five or more. The thesis submission system of the library has also been updated accordingly. Graduate students are requested to follow the revised regulations.

\r\n電子成績單僅以PDF格式呈現，若檔案列印文本，則會出現「Copy of Official Document」字樣，表示該文件非本校發放之正式文件。

【學籍成績文件申請系統】進入申請，每次收費 NT$ 200，可寄送 2 個 E-mail Address，每增加 1 個 E-mail Address 再加收 NT$ 20。
\r\n提醒：電子成績單寄送方式僅以學校電子公務信箱發送經電子簽章的成績單。請確認收件單位可接受此一遞送方式後，再行申請。若無法受理，建議以「紙本彌封遞送方式」申請，以保障您的權益。

The content consists of the statement of authenticity, the body of the transcript, and the transcript guide. It is a portable PDF file.

\r\nThe Official PDF Transcript is considered official in PDF format only. If printed, the words Copy of Official Document will appear to indicate that the paper copy is not an official institutional document.
\r\nAccessing the System:

NYCU Academic Document Application System \r\nThe fee for each application containing two email address is NTD$200. NTD$20 will be charged for each additional email address.
\r\nThe official electronic transcript which has been digitally signed will be sent via the university official email address only. The student should make certain that the recipient is willing to accept the electronic transcript as an official document. Otherwise it is recommended to send a sealed official paper transcript to the recipient to protect your rights and interests.
\r\nWe suggest that the electronic academic transcript be ordered by alumni. The current students (including students who have not received all their grades), and new graduates who have not yet received their diplomas order the paper academic transcript, as the contents of the transcript are not yet final. Your electronic academic transcript will be processed and issued within 3 working days after we receive your payment. If the electronic academic transcript cannot be used because your grades have not come out completely, you must be responsible for it. \r\nAATL(Adobe Approved Trust List,AATL)簽章是國外廣泛使用的數位簽章憑證，當文件在國際使用跟流通時可以被直接驗證和信任，大幅提升驗證便利性。
\r\n本校將「已發行」的教育部數位學位證書，透過AATL憑證技術進行數位簽章，簽章後的數位學位證書，可以直接以Adobe Acrobat Reader開啟電子文件驗證發行單位與真偽性。
\r\n
\r\n開放對象：110學年度以後完成畢業離校程序，已領取數位學位證書之畢業生。
\r\n申請路徑：登入【學籍成績文件申請系統】，點選「電子檔文件申請」。
\r\n收取費用：NT$ 200/份(AATL簽章學位證書目前未開放補發，請妥善保管)。
\r\n

\r\nStarting May 2025, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) is pleased to announce the official launch of AATL signed digital diploma applications.
\r\nThis initiative is in collaboration with Taiwan-CA Inc. (TWCA).
\r\nThe Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) is a widely recognized international standard that can be directly verified and trusted when documents are used and circulated globally.
\r\nWhen documents bearing an AATL signature are used and circulated internationally, they can be directly verified and trusted, significantly enhancing the convenience of validation.
\r\nNYCU will digitally sign "issued" Ministry of Education digital diplomas using AATL certificate technology. These AATL signed digital diplomas can be directly opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, allowing for easy verification of the issuing institution and the authenticity of the electronic document.

\r\nTarget Applicants:
\r\nGraduates from the 2021 academic year onwards who have completed the graduation and school-leaving procedures and have already received their digital diploma.

\r\nTo support the national digital transformation policy, the Ministry of Digital Affairs is promoting the Digital Credential Wallet, a secure and convenient solution for managing and using digital credentials.
\r\nThrough the Digital Credential Wallet, important documents such as digital student ID and academic diplomas can be converted into digital credential cards and securely stored on mobile devices.
\r\nThese credentials can be quickly presented and verified when needed, significantly improving convenience and eliminating the need to carry physical documents.
\r\nThe Digital Credential Wallet utilizes digital signatures and encryption technologies to ensure that credential data is tamper-proof and verifiable. At the same time, users have full control over their personal data and can choose to share only the necessary information based on specific needs, effectively balancing data security and privacy protection.

\r\n2.Application Period: Applicants must take an English proficiency test during their enrollment in the academic program for which they are applying for the incentive and submit their application within three months from the date the test results are announced. Graduating students must, in addition to meeting the aforementioned application deadline, complete the application before completing the university withdrawal/graduation procedures. Each student may apply once for the “BESTSET” and once for “Other English Tests” during their academic period.\r\n***For those who have passed the English proficiency tests specified in the guidelines from January 1, 2026, to the December 10, 2026, applications must be submitted and verified at the office no later than December 10, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted. The aim is to enhance the overall efficacy of English learning through the exchange of valuable experiences.

\r\n(1) Students must still have active enrollment status in the 115-1 semester.
\r\n(2) Meet any of the following English test score criteria\r\n\r\n\t- Pass the High-Intermediate first and second of GEPT

\r\n\t- TOEFL CBT score of 237 (inclusive) or above
\r\n\t- TOEFL iBT score of 92 (inclusive) or above

\r\n主旨：為有效利用教學資源，並全面提升申請便利性，本校自115學年度起實施「停修申請新制」如說明，請查照。
\r\n
\r\n說明：
\r\n一、自合校以來，本校停修申請課程數未設上限，經統計，近年每學期辦理停修平均高達 3,000多人次，甚至出現個人停修門數極端個案。這不僅造成教育資源的耗損，也嚴重排擠了其他同學的選課權益。為珍惜教學資源、簡化申請流程，同時亦納入導師/指導老師關懷機制，本處已研擬「停修申請新制」，詳如以下說明。
\r\n
\r\n二、停修申請新制辦理方式：
\r\n(一)115學年度上學期停修申請期程：自9月29日09:00起，至12月4日(五)17:00截止(逾期不受理)。
\r\n
\r\n(二)停修方式：
\r\n1、停修「2門(含)以下」：採【線上申請】。
\r\n🔗申請路徑：陽明交大單一入口，請點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」-「停修申請」。
\r\n💡省時便利：每學期線上申請上限為2門。於系統申請停修送出後，經由任課教師線上簽核後，系統將自動於「一般選課系統」註記停修(W)。
\r\n⏰重要提醒：學生無論申請停修或取消停修，皆須於上述申請期限內於系統完成操作；而任課教師最遲須於停修截止日後一週內完成簽核，方視停修申請完成。(最後一週申請停修的同學，請密切關心並提醒任課教師是否已於系統簽核)。
\r\n
\r\n2、停修「第3門（含）以上」：採【書面申請】。
\r\n🔗申請流程：倘欲停修第3門（含）以上課程，請至課務組網頁下載並填具「課程停修申請表(第3門（含）以上)」，並依序經任課教師、導師/指導老師及系所主管簽核同意後，送至課務組辦理。
\r\n⏰申請期限：最遲於上述停修申請期限內，完成課程停修申請表簽核後送課務組，逾期不予受理。
\r\n❤️加入導師/指導老師簽核流程，讓導師/指導老師能第一時間共同關心學生的修課與學習狀況，並給予適時協助。

\r\n三、常見停修問題：
\r\n(一)校際選修課程：書面申請。請於兩校最早截止日期前辦理，並請外校課務組簽核。
\r\n(二)AI聯盟課程：書面申請。請依該課程規定。
\r\n(三)申請停修後，請務必再次確認該課程於選課系統是否已註記為停修。
\r\n(四)停修申請本為顧及學生於學期中（逾期加退選期限截止後）因特殊情形，致當學期部份課程無法繼續修習。依規定繳交學雜費、學分費之課程停修後，其費用已繳交者不予退費，未繳交者仍應補繳。

\r\nl 1 or 2 courses: Online application
\r\nApplication route: NYCU portal -> Course Registration System -> Apply Course Withdrawal
\r\nReminders:
\r\nA maximum of 2 courses can be withdrawn per semester. Once submitted and approved by the course instructor online, the system will automatically be recorded as ‘Withdrawal(W)’in the course registration system.
\r\nThe process is complete only after the instructor’s online approval. Instructors are required to finalize the approval within one week after the withdrawal deadline. Students are advised to monitor their application status and kindly remind their instructors to complete the approval before the deadline.

\r\nApplication route: Please download the ‘Course Withdrawal Application Form’ from the website of Division of Curriculum.

\r\n一、選課之前，請務必了解「學士班必修科目表」、「碩博班修課規定」。
\r\n
\r\n二、選課網址：本校生請由陽明交大單一入口，請點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」。
\r\n
\r\n三、 選課前，請先「預排課程」(非正式選課)。選課時間，同學從「預排課程」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。
\r\n(一)「預排課程」：非正式選課，所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。
\r\n若系上課程共掛為校共同核心課程，將從選課路徑判斷其選別。選課路徑：選擇【學系】時，會認列為系上「必修/選修課程」；選擇【核心課程】時，將會認列為「核心課程」。惟博雅書苑與該學系規定其課程僅能作為學系必修/選修課程時，請勿從【核心課程】路徑選修該課程，避免無法符合畢業條件。如欲調整選別，請從「預排課程」區刪除課程後，重新選擇正確的路徑再加選課程。
\r\n (二)「選課期間」，同學從「預排課程」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。
\r\n(1)正式選課有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權(系所/年級)等限制。若系統顯示「未開放」，表示該課程有選課優先權對象限制(系所/年級)，如有疑問請洽「主開單位」助理。(助理依照學生選課需求，不同選課階段會有不同的選課優先權的限制)。
\r\n(2)正式選課期間，因選課系統會有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權等檢核機制，需要運算時間，如同時上線人數較多時會造成系統運作較慢，請同學耐心等候，並可參考選課系統內系統運作情形(塞車燈號)。

\r\n(三)初選第三階段：8月31日中午12:00~9月3日上午10:00
\r\n(1)選課時間：24小時不關機

\r\n(四)開學後加退選：9月7日中午12:00~9月21日上午10:00 (最後選課截止為9月21日上午10:00)
\r\n(1)選課時間：每日中午12:00至次日10:00止。
\r\n(2)選課分發：每日上午10:00至中午12:00進行有人數上限課程之選課隨機分發。

\r\n五、碩博士班生必修課程，請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後，務必上網選課。(例如：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)

\r\n六、學士班同學選修「學士班共同」
\r\n(一)校共同(核心、語言溝通、體育等)：請留意校共同課程之上課地點(如[YM]或[GF])。
\r\n(二)院共同：目前有管理學院、資訊學院、電機系、工學院。

\r\n七、選課常見問題：
\r\n(一)選課顯示「未開放」，表示你未有該課程的選課優先權，若想進一步了解狀況，請洽主開單位助理。
\r\n(二)選課分發是系統亂數隨機分發，若沒分發上最常見狀況為：
\r\n(1)課程衝堂。
\r\n(2)課程人數已滿。
\r\n(3)課程分發上限。(核心與語言溝通的各階段分發上限。微積分、物理、體育與院共同課程之同類課程最多分發上一門。建議同學加選共同課程，請將志願加滿，選上後，於開學後加退選階段再調整。

\r\n八、學生選課作業已全面網路化，同學選課以網路為主。但在特殊情況下(如：必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制)，無法於網路加退選時，學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選，請同學填寫『網路選課加退選處理表』。繳單後，請同學務必上選課系統確認課程，自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形以「一般選課系統」為主)。

\r\nTo enhance the English writing skills of faculty members and students, the Office of Bilingual Education will continue to provide Grammarly Education licenses free of charge to eligible faculty members and currently enrolled students in Academic Year 115. Due to the limited number of licenses, priority for student licenses will be given to master’s and doctoral students, and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Current Grammarly Education users who wish to continue using the service in the new academic year are also required to submit a new application.

\r\n1、本校之「校際選修申請表」
\r\n（1）選課網址：本校生請由陽明交通大學單一入口點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」-「校際選修」（加選課程並列印申請表）。
\r\n（2）依「校際選修申請表」流程辦理，本校校際選修日期為8月24日(一)-9月18日(五)下午5點前(需於以兩校最早截止日期為準)(校際選修沒有逾期加退選)。
\r\n
\r\n2、選修他校課程，請務必事先了解開課學校之相關規定，以避免開課學校不接受選課。本校學生非經申請核准逕至他校選課者，其學分、成績本校得不予採計。
\r\n
\r\n3、本項申請先由(1)導師或課程指導老師簽名(2)系所主管簽名(3)本校教務處課務組，再送至(4)他校任課教師簽名(5)他校開課系所簽章(6)他校課務組(7)他校出納組繳費（各校規定不一，請先自行詢問），最後再送回(8)本校教務處課務組。

\r\n註：「校際選修」非僅本校作業，是兩校之間的互相選修課程，必須考量與尊重兩校各單位的選課作業流程與選課時間。且確保學生選課後沒有選課糾紛，目前陽明交大校際選修流程是與大多數學校溝通、協調、磨合後的流程，不便之處，敬請見諒。
