主旨：113學年度第1學期陽明校區實驗場所各項新進與回訓人員教育訓練訂於113年8月26日至30日間辦理，請查照。

一、旨揭教育訓練分列本國生與外籍生說明如下：
Trainings instructions:
 
(一)中文場(Chinese Version)：實驗場所新進人員、3年回訓
1.實驗場所安全衛生教育訓練：113年8月26日上午9:00~12:00(大禮堂)
2.危害性化學品通識教育訓練：113年8月26日下午13:30~16:30(大禮堂)
3.生物安全新進人員教育訓練：113年8月27日8:30~17:30(大禮堂)
4.生物安全在職教育訓練：BSL-2實驗室人員每年回訓(擇一場次受訓即可)
(1)113年8月27日8:30~12:30(大禮堂)
(2)113年8月27日13:30~17:30(大禮堂)
(3)113年8月29日8:30~12:30(第三會議室)
(4)113年8月29日13:30~17:30(第三會議室)
5.輻射防護教育訓練：113年8月30日下午13:30~16:30(第二會議室)
 
(二)英文場(English Version)：

二、旨揭教育訓練請至本校智能化環安衛管理系統報名：
 
Please resister in Intelligent occupational and environmental health and safety management system.
 
(一)本校人員(School personnel)：單一入口網((NYCU Portal) 單一入口網連結
 
(二)非本校人員(Non-school personnel)：校外人士入口(Outsiders Portal) 校外人士連結
 
(三)路徑：智能化環安衛管理系統>教育訓練>實體課程報名。
Pathway: Intelligent occupational and environmental health and safety management system > Education & Training > Physical Courses registration
 
(四)如有無法進入系統者，請洽環安中心。
If you are unable to access the system, please contact the Center for Environmental Protection & Safety & Health.
 
三、上述訓練報名成功學員授課資訊將發送E-mail通知，各項受訓皆於會後進行測驗，測驗通過者(70分及格)名冊將公告於智能化環安衛管理系統供查詢(海報詳見附件)。
 
Every student who successfully register will receive a notification letter. After the training, there will be an exam (passing with 70 points). You can check the certificate number in the system of the school.
 
四、各項訓練報名自即日起至8月22日(星期四)止。
