  • 顳顎關節炎組織工程的數位開發
  1. 利用數位技術開發組織工程解決方案，以治療顳顎關節（TMJ）炎。
  2. 進行基礎動物實驗研究與分子生物學研究，以探討顳顎關節炎的底層機制。
 
  • 口腔微生物群研究
  1. 利用次世代定序（NGS）與生物資訊學工具，分析微生物菌群及其對口腔與全身健康的影響。
  2. 研究牙周病和齲齒（蛀牙）等疾病中的微生物群動態變化，特別著重於老年人口中的全身性健康關聯。
  3. 開發個人化的口腔醫療照護策略，以改善整體健康成效。
 
  • 延展實境（XR）技術於牙醫教育與臨床之應用
  1. 透過導入 XR 技術來提升牙醫教育品質。
  2. 利用 XR 應用來優化醫病決策流程並改善手術模擬。
 
  • 人工智慧（AI）於牙科學之應用
  1. 探討背景效應對於深度學習模型在分類「齲齒、缺牙及填補牙齒（DMFT-AI）」時的影響。
  2. 開發「齒顎矯正治療需求指數（IOTN-AI）」模型，以模擬人類在評估齒顎矯正治療需求時的決策。
  3. 應用深度學習技術，於錐狀束電腦斷層掃描（CBCT）影像中進行頜面解剖結構的分割。
