延後公開申請說明
\r\n教育部來函通知自114學年度起，學生應於進行學位考試前提出申請論文延後公開，並於學位考試時由考試委員審核確認是否涉及機密、專利事項或依法不得提供。涉及機密或依法不得提供事項，須提出適用法規或具體事實證據；專利事項須提供申請專利案號或提出相關申請說明。每次申請電子全文及紙本論文延後公開至多為5年，且需逐次申請。第2次起之申請程序，仍應取得原所有學位考試委員審核確認，或經原就讀系所之系務等會議審核確認。

\r\n相關注意事項：
\r\n1.     可申請的理由 : (1)涉及機密、(2)涉及專利事項、(3)依法不得提供
\r\n2.     申請時間：須於學位考試（口試）前提出。
\r\n3.     申請程序 : 學生於口試前填寫延後公開申請書，敍明理由及檢附相關證明，並於學位口試時由考試委員審核。
\r\n(建議學生提前將申請書與證明文件提供給考試委員，方便先進行了解與評估)
\r\n4.     審核要件：
\r\n•   若為「涉及機密」或「依法不得提供」：需提出適用法規或具體事證
\r\n•   若為「涉及專利事項」：需提供專利申請案號或相關申請說明
\r\n5.     延後公開期限:
\r\n•   延後公開最長五年
\r\n•   期滿後如仍需延後，須再提出申請並檢附事證，送原學位考試委員或原系（所）務會議審議。
\r\n6.     其他說明
\r\n•   學生須在論文上傳系統中正確設定延後公開選項，並上傳簽章完整的申請書。
\r\n•   申請書上的日期需為口試前或口試當日
\r\n•   繳交至註冊組的論文，依國家圖書館規定，相關證明文件需夾附於論文內
\r\n•   繳至圖書館的論文無須夾附證明文件。
\r\n•   論文電子檔的授權在論文系統進行設定。

\r\n因應上述新機制，114學年度起研究生如欲申請學位論文延後公開，應於學位考試前申請，並於學位考試時由所有考試委員審核，學校公文及「延後公開申請書」參考如下。
