一、抽籤時間：<strong><span style="color:#e74c3c;">114年9月24日(星期三)12時整</span></strong><br />
二、抽籤地點：傳統甲棟一樓會議室<br />

<div class="ed_txt">四、<span style="color:#e74c3c;">截至114年9月19日止24時整</span>，申請山麓學生宿舍區「機車」停車識別證<span style="color:#0000ff;">總計</span><strong><span style="background-color:#ffff33;">_227_</span></strong><span style="color:#0000ff;">人</span>，「汽車」停車識別證<span style="color:#0000ff;">總計</span><strong><span style="background-color:#ffff33;">_19_</span></strong><span style="color:#0000ff;">人</span>。本學年度將11席汽車停車格車調移為71席機車停車格（9席：6格/席、2席：7格/席），總計停車格數如下：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)地下室汽車停車格：<strong><span style="color:#e74c3c;">28席</span></strong>(含身心障礙停車格1席)</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(二)機車停車格總數：<span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>320席</strong></span>(含法定地下停車格168席、平面81席)</div>
<div class="ed_txt">五、在學生會代表見證下抽籤結果如下：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)機車通行權限<strong><span style="background-color:#ffff33;">_227_</span></strong>人全數開放</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(二)汽車停車位選位順序抽籤結果(詳閱附件)</div>
<div class="ed_txt">六、請具通行權限同學注意以下停車規定：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)汽車採固定停車位，<span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>停車格位志願請於114年9月26日中午前填寫google表單回傳事務一組</strong></span>，逾期視同放棄選位由事務一組安排。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(二)<span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>名單自114年10月1日起生效</strong></span>，所有車輛均需貼停車識別證貼紙，未依規定置放停車識別證，均屬違規行為，依本校區交通管理要點辦理。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(三)「山麓學生宿舍（男、女五舍）汽、機車停車位」持續接受該區宿民申請，額滿後可改申請「共同停車區」或「環山停車區」停車識別證，並以「申請時間」依序列為候補。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(四)「山麓學生宿舍（男、女五舍）機車停車位」請按先後順序停放，若地下機車停車格已停滿，務必停放至戶外機車停車場；未停放於機車車格線內，均屬違規行為，依本校區交通管理要點辦理。</div>

Car Parking Space Selection Sequence for Shan-lu Student Dormitories<br />
(Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5)</div>
<div class="ed_txt">Lottery Date: <span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>12:00 PM, Sep. 24th (Wed.), 2025</strong></span><br />
Location: in Traditional Medicine Building A's second-floor atrium<br />
Moderator: Mr. Wang Jin-li, Chief of the 1st Division of General Affairs,<br />

<span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>As of 24:00 on Sep. 19nd, 2025</strong></span>, there were a total of <strong><span style="background-color:#ffff33;">_227_</span></strong><span style="color:#0000ff;"> applicants</span> for motorcycle/scooter parking permits and <strong><span style="background-color:#ffff33;">_19_</span></strong> <span style="color:#0000ff;">applicants</span> for car parking permits for the Shan-lu student dormitory area. For this academic year, <span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>11</strong></span> car parking spaces have been converted into <span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>71</strong></span> motorcycle/scooter parking spaces (9 car parking spaces were converted into 9 motorcycle/scooter parking areas, and each has 6 parking spaces; the remaining 2 car parking spaces were converted into 2 motorcycle/scooter parking areas, and each has 7 parking spaces). The total number of parking spaces is as follows:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(1)Underground Car Parking Spaces: <span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>28 spaces</strong></span> (including 1 handicap parking space)</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(2)Total Motorcycle/Scooter Parking Spaces: <strong><span style="color:#0000ff;">320 spaces</span></strong> (including 168 statutory underground parking spaces and 81 surface parking spaces)</div>
<div class="ed_txt">The lottery results, witnessed by representatives from the Student Union, are as follows:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(1)<span style="color:#0000ff;"><u>All <span style="background-color:#ffff33;">__227__</span> applicants for motorcycle/scooter access have been granted access.</u></span></div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(2)<span style="color:#0000ff;"><u>Lottery results of car parking space selection sequence (please refer to the attachment).</u></span></div>
<div class="ed_txt">Students with access rights should take note of the following parking regulations:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">1.Each car parking space is exclusively fixed for a particular student. Please submit your parking space preferences via <span style="color:#0000ff;"><u>a Google form</u></span> to the 1st Division of General Affairs <span style="color:#e74c3c;">before noon on Sep. 26th, 2025.</span> Failure to do so will be considered forfeiting your right to select a parking space, and the 1st Division of General Affairs will make the allocation.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">2.<strong><span style="color:#e74c3c;">The list will be effective from Oct. 1st, 2025.</span></strong> All vehicles must display the parking ID sticker. Failure to properly display the parking ID sticker will be considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus of NYCU.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">3.Applications for car and motorcycle/scooter parking permits for the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) will continue to be open to residents of the area. Once capacity is reached, applicants may apply for parking permits for the Common Parking Area or Huan-shan Parking Area and will be placed on the waitlist in order of their application time.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">4.Please park motorcycles/scooters in the <span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>motorcycle/scooter parking spaces</strong></span> in the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) in sequential order. If the underground motorcycle/scooter parking spaces are full, please park in the outdoor motorcycle/scooter parking area. Failure to park within the designated motorcycle/scooter parking lines will be considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus.<br />
