The 2025 academic year marks the first year that the new-style academic regalia has been available for borrowing, and the response from students has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic. 1. Waiting List Registration for New-Style Master’s Regalia
(1) Registration and Notification:
Waiting list registration is open from now until 5:00 PM on June 5 (Fri.).

2. Alternative Borrowing Option
Borrowing and return regulations for old-style regalia are as follows:
(1) Borrowing Procedure:
After completing the “Academic Regalia Borrowing Application Form – Old Style,” please proceed to the 2nd Division of General Affairs on the 2nd Floor of the Auditorium for approval, and then bring the application form to B1 of the Auditorium to collect the regalia.
(2) Fees:
No cleaning and maintenance fee will be charged. However, students who have completed or activated the graduation clearance procedure are still required to pay a deposit of NT$2,250 per set.

The return deadline is June 18 (Thu.). Late fees will begin accruing on June 22 (Mon.). An overdue fee of NT$50 per day (excluding weekends and holidays) will be charged.
