- Please verify the sender’s email address and confirm whether it is an official campus account.
- Do not click on links or open attachments in suspicious emails.
- Avoid providing any personal information, including account credentials, passwords, phone numbers, or ID-related data.
- If you have any doubts, please contact the Information Technology Office or the supposed sender immediately for confirmation.
