Please stay vigilant of suspicious emails and avoid providing any personal information.
To all teachers and students,

Recently, phishing emails have become increasingly rampant. There have been incidents where unknown individuals impersonated faculty members to send emails requesting recipients to provide “personal information.” We would like to remind everyone to stay vigilant:

  • Please verify the sender’s email address and confirm whether it is an official campus account.

  • Do not click on links or open attachments in suspicious emails.

  • Avoid providing any personal information, including account credentials, passwords, phone numbers, or ID-related data.

  • If you have any doubts, please contact the Information Technology Office or the supposed sender immediately for confirmation.

Thank you for your assistance in helping maintain the information security of our campus.
