4、Additional License Fees : The purchase price will be calculated on a prorated basis as follows:

Examples:
(For licenses added after September 1, 2026)
●If an Adobe Acrobat Pro license is requested on October 1, 2026, the license will be valid for 35 months through the master contract expiration date, for a total cost of NT$8,393.
●If an Adobe Creative Cloud license is requested on March 1, 2027, the license will be valid for 30 months through the master contract expiration date, for a total cost of NT$20,955.

 5、Reimbursement Procedure
Evertop Information Inc. will contact participating faculty, staff, and students individually and provide an official quotation. Upon receipt of the signed quotation, an invoice will be issued. Participants may then proceed with the reimbursement process based on the issued invoice.
