Windows 10 and Office 2019 are no longer supported. Please upgrade to Windows 11 and Office 2021 as soon as possible.
According to the latest announcement on the official Microsoft website, support for Windows 10 and Office 2019 ended on October 14, 2025.

To ensure your computer system continues to receive security updates and software support, please upgrade your computers to Windows 11 and Office 2021 as soon as possible.

Other software, such as the Microsoft 365 offline version, may also gradually cease to function correctly.
After support for Windows 10 ends, other software may become unusable or experience operational issues.

If your computer's hardware specifications do not meet the requirements for upgrading to Windows 11, it is recommended that you evaluate replacing it with a new computer that meets these specifications.

Reminder: According to our institution's Microsoft Campus Agreement, Windows operating system licenses only cover upgrade versions and do not permit installation on new computers without an existing OS (bare-metal installs). When purchasing new equipment, all departments must acquire an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) version of the operating system to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
