  1. The email account for students at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) is a Google Workspace account.

  2. Account Format:username (self-defined).college code + year of entry@nycu.edu.tw(system-generated)

  3. Free Storage Authorization: 15GB for students, 1GB for alumni
    4. \r\n\t
  4. This account provides free Google cloud services such as  Goolge Doc、 Google Drive, etc. For more details, please refer to Google WorkSpace.
    5. \r\n\t
  5. The storage space of this account will be reduced to 1GB three months after graduation.
    6. \r\n\t
  6. Starting from March 1, 2023, this service has fully implemented two-step verification. Please refer to the related information in the \"Documentation\" (Google Two-Step Verification Setup Instructions).
