Introduction</strong><br />\r\nThe &ldquo;2025 Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program,&rdquo; organized by the Administration for Digital Industries, Ministry of Digital Affairs, aims to cultivate talents with professional skills and global competitiveness in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Digital Marketing.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nParticipants will engage in TCA Academy online courses, topic-specific workshops, corporate visits, and final project presentations to enhance digital skills and expand career opportunities.<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<strong>II. Program Period</strong><br />\r\nFrom September to November 2025.<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<strong>III. Eligibility</strong><br />\r\n- Students enrolled in Taiwan universities/colleges in the 2025 academic year (including graduate students and recent graduates, excluding executive programs).<br />\r\n- Applicants must hold ROC (Taiwan) nationality or be international students in Taiwan (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau).<br />\r\n- A valid work permit is required between September 1 and November 30, 2025.<br />\r\n- International students will be given priority.<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<strong>IV. Application</strong><br />\r\n1. Complete one designated prerequisite course from TCA Academy and obtain a certificate:<br />\r\n&nbsp;&nbsp; - Big Data in Marketing<br />\r\n&nbsp;&nbsp; - Data Career Readiness<br />\r\n&nbsp;&nbsp; - Super UX/UI 101!<br />\r\n<br />\r\n2. Key Dates</strong><br />\r\n- September 15: Complete application and upload certificate<br />\r\n- September 16: Announcement of admitted trainees<br />\r\n- September 17: Confirmation by accepted trainees<br />\r\n- September 22: Announcement of waitlist replacements<br />\r\n- September 24: Confirmation by waitlisted trainees<br />\r\n- September 25: Final confirmation of admitted trainees<br />\r\n- September 20&ndash;November 2: Workshops and presentations<br />\r\n- Before November 7: Submission of certificates, project report, and reflection<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<strong>VI. Completion &amp; Reward</strong><br />\r\n- Participants must complete the affidavit, workshops and presentation, corporate visit(s), four TCA courses, project report, and personal reflection.<br />\r\n- Participants who complete all requirements will receive a certificate of completion and a NT$8,000 reward.<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<strong>VII.
