Introduction</strong><br /> The &ldquo;2025 Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program,&rdquo; organized by the Administration for Digital Industries, Ministry of Digital Affairs, aims to cultivate talents with professional skills and global competitiveness in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Digital Marketing.<br /> <br /> Participants will engage in TCA Academy online courses, topic-specific workshops, corporate visits, and final project presentations to enhance digital skills and expand career opportunities.<br /> <br /> <strong>II. Program Period</strong><br /> From September to November 2025.<br /> <br /> <strong>III. Eligibility</strong><br /> - Students enrolled in Taiwan universities/colleges in the 2025 academic year (including graduate students and recent graduates, excluding executive programs).<br /> - Applicants must hold ROC (Taiwan) nationality or be international students in Taiwan (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau).<br /> - A valid work permit is required between September 1 and November 30, 2025.<br /> - International students will be given priority.<br /> <br /> <strong>IV. Application</strong><br /> 1. Complete one designated prerequisite course from TCA Academy and obtain a certificate:<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; - Big Data in Marketing<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; - Data Career Readiness<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; - Super UX/UI 101!<br /> <br /> 2. Key Dates</strong><br /> - September 15: Complete application and upload certificate<br /> - September 16: Announcement of admitted trainees<br /> - September 17: Confirmation by accepted trainees<br /> - September 22: Announcement of waitlist replacements<br /> - September 24: Confirmation by waitlisted trainees<br /> - September 25: Final confirmation of admitted trainees<br /> - September 20&ndash;November 2: Workshops and presentations<br /> - Before November 7: Submission of certificates, project report, and reflection<br /> <br /> <strong>VI. Completion &amp; Reward</strong><br /> - Participants must complete the affidavit, workshops and presentation, corporate visit(s), four TCA courses, project report, and personal reflection.<br /> - Participants who complete all requirements will receive a certificate of completion and a NT$8,000 reward.<br /> <br /> <strong>VII.
