Late applications will not be accepted.<br> To avoid delays caused by last-minute communication or required revisions, applicants are strongly advised to submit their applications in advance.<br> For example: <ul> <li>For a conference held in January, the internal online application deadline is November 30 at 23:59.</li> <li>For a conference held in February, the application deadline is December 31 at 23:59.</li> </ul> Before submitting the application, please use the Application Checklist to review all application materials. Submit the application only after confirming that all information is correct.<br> <br> <span style="color:#e74c3c;">To process applications for the current month, the system will be unavailable on the first working day of each month.
