{"subject":"本校獎助研究生出席國際會議 Funding for Graduate Students Attending International Conferences","pubUnitName":"企劃二組","posterDate":null,"updateDate":"115-06-12","detailContent":"<div class=\"ed_title01\">目的 Purpose</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"ed_txt\">為鼓勵本校研究生赴國外出席國際會議且發表論文，加速研究生對國際專業新知、技術發展及新研究方法之瞭解。<br>\r\nIn order to encourage graduate students to attend international conferences abroad and present research papers, thereby accelerating their understanding of international professional knowledge, technological developments, and innovative research methodologies.In order to encourage graduate students to attend international conferences abroad and present research papers, thereby accelerating their understanding of international professional knowledge, technological developments, and innovative research methodologies.</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"ed_title01\"><br>\r\n辦法 Guidelines</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"ed_txt\">國立陽明交通大學獎助研究生出席國際會議申請作業要點<br>\r\nNational Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines for Subsidizing Graduate Students Attending International Conferences<br>\r\n本校獎助研究生出席國際會議審查細則<br>\r\nNational Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Detailed Rules for Reviewing Subsidies for Graduate Students Attending International Conferences<br>\r\n </div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"ed_title01\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">申請資格 Eligibility</span></div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"ed_txt\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffff00;\">【會議日期在115年8月1日前】</span>以本校在學博士班研究生為優先（不含在職專班）；碩士班研究生（不含在職專班）如已獲其他配合款補助，得再提出申請。<br>\r\n<span style=\"background-color:#ffff00;\">【會議日期在115年8月1日後(適用115年2月25日行政會議修正通過之要點】</span>本校在學博士班研究生（不含在職專班）已向國家科學及技術委員會或其他校外單位申請補助者；碩士班研究生（不含在職專班）出席所屬系所提列之頂尖或重要會議且已獲其他配合款補助者。<br>\r\nApplicants must meet the following criteria:</div>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">Currently enrolled doctoral students of the University (excluding those in in-service doctoral programs) who have already applied for subsidies from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) or other external organizations.</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">Currently enrolled master's students of the University (excluding those in in-service master's programs) who attended top-tier or important conferences listed by their respective departments or institutes, and who have already received other matching funds or subsidies.</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"ed_txt\"><span style=\"font-size:105%;\"><strong>申請方式 Application Procedure</strong></span></div>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\"><span style=\"font-size:105%;\">申請人應於研究發展處「<a href=\"https://spsys.ord.nycu.edu.tw/student/\" id=\"1-2\" title=\"國立陽明交通大學研究生出席國際會議申請系統\">國立陽明交通大學研究生出席國際會議申請系統</a>」線上填寫申請資料。</span></li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">Applicants shall complete the online application via the \"<a href=\"https://spsys.ord.nycu.edu.tw/student/\" title=\"NYCU Application System for Graduate Students Attending International Conferences\" id=\"1-3\">NYCU Application System for Graduate Students Attending International Conferences</a>,\" managed by the Office of Research and Development (ORD), and upload the electronic files.<br>\r\n\t </li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\"><span style=\"font-size:105%;\">申請案須於國際會議舉行首日前完成申請，惟當年度12月舉行之會議需於11月30日前完成申請，逾期及資料不齊者得不予受理。</span></li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\"><span style=\"font-size:105%;\">Applications must be completed prior to the first day of the international conference. However, applications concerning conferences held in December must be submitted by November 30 of the current year.
