<strong>目的 Purposes</strong><br>

本校配合教育部「延攬及留住大專校院特殊優秀人才實施彈性薪資方案」，延攬及留任特殊優秀人才，以提升本校學術競爭力，給予本校優秀教研人員本薪以外之獎勵金.<br>
<br>
In order to recruit and retain special and superior talents and to enhance the academic competitiveness of the University, and to implement a merit pay plan in accordance with the Merit Pay Implementation Program for Recruiting and Retaining Special and Superior Talents for Taiwanese Universities stipulated by the Ministry of Education.<br>

<strong>適用對象 Applicable targets</strong><br>

本校編制內現職及新聘專任有給之特殊優秀教研人員.<br>
<br>
The University current and newly hired special and superior faculty members and research fellows (including teaching, research, and professional and technical staff) within the University establishment.<br>

<strong>獎勵資格及審查機制 Qualifications and review mechanism</strong>
<ul>
<li>卓越及傑出教研人員：經所屬院級單位推薦，由校級彈性薪資審議委員會審查.<br>
Exceptional and outstanding faculty members and research fellows: Reviewed by the University Merit Pay Review Committee upon recommendation of their respective college units.</li>
<li>績優教研人員及新聘特殊優秀教研人員：由各院級彈性薪資審議會議審查.<br>
Excellent faculty members and research fellows and newly hired special and superior faculty members and research fellows: The review shall be conducted by the College Merit Pay Review Committee, and each college shall specify the method of review.</li>
