26,000rpm(81,770g)，除了離心力及操作模式有些許之不同外，其應用方面則大同小異。<br />\r\n<br />\r\n高速離心機一般多用於樣品初步純化，這一類的樣品大都體積大、不純度較高，使用者在使用這台儀器，大多是參考文獻或實驗程序上之方法，根據樣品離心所需之離心力及體積，選擇適當之轉子及離心瓶，如此才能得到較佳之實驗效果。<br />\r\n<br />\r\n此外，不同之樣品因溶於不同之緩衝液中，因其酸鹼度及其它物化特性之不同，要慎選不同材質之離心瓶以防在離心過程中，造成離心瓶之破裂，進而危及人員和機器之安全。</div>\r\n</div>","page2Title":"使用規則","page2":"<div class=\"ed_model01 clearfix\">\r\n<div class=\"ed_txt\"><span />\r\n超高速離心機，因不同之樣品離心需求，而設計下列四種轉子(Rotor)：</div>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">固定角式轉子 (Fixed Angle Rotor)<br />\r\n\t主要應用於快速分離plasmid DNA、Subcellular particles and fractions以及lipoprotein、viruses及miorosomes。</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">垂直式轉子 (Vertical-Tube Rotor)<br />\r\n\t主要應用於density gradient之快速分離，small particles之Isopycnic及rate-zonal離心。</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">旋翼式轉子 (Swinging-Bucket Rotor)<br />\r\n\t主要應用於核酸、蛋白質、病毒之rate-zonal和isopycnic之離心。</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">近垂直式轉子 (Near-Vertical Rotor)<br />\r\n\t主要應用於mitochondrial DNA或plasmid />\r\n超高速離心機，因不同之樣品離心需求，而設計下列四種轉子(Rotor)：</div>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">固定角式轉子 (Fixed Angle Rotor)</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">主要應用於快速分離plasmid DNA、Subcellular particles and fractions以及lipoprotein、viruses及miorosomes。</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">垂直式轉子 (Vertical-Tube Rotor)</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">主要應用於density gradient之快速分離，small particles之Isopycnic及rate-zonal離心。</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">旋翼式轉子 (Swinging-Bucket Rotor)</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">主要應用於核酸、蛋白質、病毒之rate-zonal和isopycnic之離心。</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">近垂直式轉子 (Near-Vertical Rotor)</li>\r\n\t<li class=\"ed_txt\">主要應用於mitochondrial DNA或plasmid DNA在CsCl gradients中快速分離lipoproteins。</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<div
