<div class="ed_txt">一、依財團法人國家衛生研究院115年1月6日衛研學字第1140012544號函辦理。<br />
<br />
二、旨揭整合性計畫申請注意事項如下：<br />
(一)本次徵求計畫類型包含創新研究計畫(IRG)及研究發展獎助計畫(CDG)。<br />
(二)申請作業：<br />
１、請至財團法人國家衛生研究院（以下簡稱國衛院）整合性醫藥衛生科技研究計畫線上作業系統（網址：http://erad.nhri.edu.tw）登錄註冊取得帳號。<br />
２、申請人須於<strong><span style="color:#c0392b;">115年3月31日(二)下午4時</span></strong>前至系統上傳計畫書及相關附件後，<strong>務必</strong>點選「計畫送件」鍵，以完成線上申請作業；若逾時系統將無法受理。<br />
３、國衛院已取消申請截止期限後之補正作業，計畫書若有重大不符規定者將逕行退件不予送審。<br />
４、完成線上申請者請於<strong><span style="color:#c0392b;">115年4月8日中午12點前</span></strong>備妥應附之紙本文件(如：IRG或CDG之Section11<CDG計畫請完成系所主管簽章>、CDG推薦信、彩色圖片<1式5份>等依規定之各項紙本文件)向計畫業務一/二組洽詢校內行政作業流程。<br />
<br />
三、申請之計畫涉及人體研究、動物實驗、基因重組實驗或第二級以上感染性生物材料試驗者，請主持人儘早向各相關審查委員會申請。若個別計畫另有涉及其他必須經相關單位核准/認證方得進行之研究，亦請務必留意規定並取得同意函，以免延誤計畫申請作業。<br />
<br />
四、旨揭計畫「經費使用範圍及標準」載有管理費編列規定，請有意申請者以計畫研究費總和之10%編列管理費，並依計畫總經費不同，以其最高可編列金額規定辦理。<br />
<br />
五、國衛院擬於115年1月12日(星期一)下午1時30分，假國立臺灣大學醫學院102講堂舉辦「計畫徵求說明會」(同步視訊)，如欲參加者請於115年1月8日前線上報名，<a href="https://reurl.cc/laymyA" title="報名網址">報名網址</a>：https://reurl.cc/laymyA。<br />

Interested applicants shall follow the application procedures specified by NHRI and shall complete the online application process through <a href="http://erad.nhri.edu.tw" title="NHRI’s system">NHRI’s system</a> by <strong><span style="color:#c0392b;">4:00 PM on March 31, 2026</span></strong>.<br />
<br />
Applicants who have completed the online application must prepare the required hard copy documents (e.g. Section 11 of IRG or CDG <for CDG, ensure the completion of departmental head signature>, CDG recommendation letters, color images <5 copies>, and other required documents) by <span style="color:#c0392b;">12:00 PM on April 8, 2026</span>. Please consult the 1st/2nd Division of Project Management for the internal administrative process.<br />
