<![CDATA[國科會函告修正「國家科學及技術委員會補助產學合作研究計畫作業要點」部分規定]]>計畫業務二組114-10-08<![CDATA[<div class="ed_model01 clearfix">
<div class="ed_txt">一、依國家科學及技術委員會114年10月1日科會產字第1140071054號函辦理。<br />
二、修正重點說明如下：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)第二點及第六點：刪除「（協同）」文字。<br />
(二)第二點第三款：增列合作企業不得為陸資或陸資投資、參與之企業之規定。<br />
(三)第五點及第七點：刪除有關整合型計畫相關規定，未來改於年度計畫徵件說明公告時載明。<br />
(四)第十三點：新增第二項，定明計畫經國科會核定後，依該會公告之政策性措施(如生育支持措施、鼓勵企業參與培育博士研究生試辦方案)另獲補助者，其追加金額得不納入計算合作企業出資比率時之當年度計畫總經費計算，以符實務運作。<br />
(五)第二十一點：增列執行產學合作計畫辦理科研採購時，應依科學技術研究發展採購監督管理辦法辦理之規定，以資明確。</div>

Amendments to the Operational Guidelines for Subsidized Industry-Academia<br />
Collaboration Research Projects have been made and shall take effect immediately.<br />
