一、依教育部114年6月25日臺教資(二)字第1142701408號函辦理。
\r\n
\r\n二、此計畫係徵求計畫構想書，期程自核定日起至115年1月31日止。計畫推動產業類別(領域)為智慧餐飲、智慧照護及智慧農業。
\r\n
\r\n三、由院或校為單位提出申請，每校至多申請不同領域2案。請有意申請教師於114年7月2日前先告知所屬系所及計畫業務一、二組(請以電子郵件通知計畫業務一、二組承辦人林小姐及蔡小姐，電子信箱：jyilin@nycu.edu.tw、mis7088@nycu.edu.tw)，屆時若全校申請件數超過規定，將進行校內協調作業。

\r\n四、請有意申請教師所屬單位於114年7月16日前依徵件須知規定備妥計畫書(構想書)1份，以簽案會辦計畫業務一/二組、主計室、教務處並送研發處陳核後用印，於114年7月23日前將計畫書(構想書)電子檔上傳至此計畫徵件平臺(網址：https://proj.moe.edu.tw/smartrainforest/Default.aspx )完成線上申請及用印後計畫書(構想書)電子檔上傳作業，始完成申請程序。

\r\n五、教育部規劃舉辦3場次徵件說明會，請有意申請者屆時請準時與會參加，說明會相關資訊如下:
\r\n(一)第1場次：114年7月3日(星期四)上午10:00-12:10，崑山科技大學創媒二館第五階梯教室。
\r\n(二)第2場次：114年7月7日(星期一)上午10:00-12:10，集思北科大會議中心-貝塔廳。
\r\n(三)第3場次：114年7月8日(星期二)上午10:00-12:10，國立雲林科技大學-雲集廳。
\r\n(四)說明會報名方式，採線上報名，報名網址:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Gxply0Y2cxm2aPS_poyZiQteTEuD9psqKOqfhP_1iI/viewform?edit_requested=true 。

\r\nPlease prepare the application documents before July 16, 2025, and consult with the 1st/2nd Division of Project Management regarding the internal application procedures.
