依「國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」第26點第10款規定，請相關人員儘早完成6小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練，自106年12月1日起，請計畫主持人、執行系所單位及一級單位配合辦理事項如下：<br />
本校首次申請科技部計畫之計畫主持人及申請書內所列首次執行國科會計畫之參與研究人員，請於申請前完成至少6小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練。<br />
計畫開始執行後所聘首次執行國科會計畫之參與研究人員，請於起聘日起3個月內修習6小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練，並請計畫主持人、執行系所單位及一級單位負責督導事宜。<br />

Applicants’ affiliated units are requested to submit the following documents to Division I/II of Research Project Affairs by August 24, 2026:<br />
(1) one copy of the application list signed/stamped by the unit supervisor and the first-level supervisor; and<br />
(2) one copy of the “National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Declaration of Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry-Academia Collaboration.”<br />
The number of applications under the NSTC Industry-Academia Collaboration Projects is subject to quota control. Upon approval and funding, the project will be counted toward the Principal Investigator’s project quota; Co-Principal Investigators will not be included in the calculation.<br />

This is handled in accordance with the letter No. 1150030264 dated May 8, 2026, issued by the National Science and Technology Council.<br />
The National Science and Technology Council is accepting applications from the date of announcement onward, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.<br />
If a collaborating enterprise intends to provide equipment for use in the industry-academia cooperation project as part of its contribution, the applicant shall, at least seven days prior to the official submission, separately prepare the required documents and complete the University’s internal administrative procedures. The approved documents shall then be uploaded to the NSTC system together with all other required application materials.<br />
<br />
After completing the project proposal application on the NSTC website, applicants are requested to notify their affiliated department/institute to prepare the official correspondence and application list for review by the Division of Project Affairs I/II (please choose either division according to campus), the Personnel Office, and subsequently submit the documents to the Office of Research and Development for approval.<br />
(Attachment to the official correspondence: the application list will be provided during the review process by the Division of Project Affairs I/II. Subject: Forwarding of the 2026 “Smart Rainforest Industry Revitalization Program – Smart Business Services (AI Central Kitchen)” Second Call for Proposals Jointly Promoted by the NSTC and the Ministry of Economic Affairs<br />
<br />
The above-mentioned program is jointly proposed through a tripartite collaboration among commercial service providers, universities/colleges, and information service providers. The commercial service provider shall serve as the primary applicant. <span style="color:#c0392b;">T</span><span style="color:#e74c3c;">he application deadline is 5:00 PM on May 12, 2026 (Tuesday).</span> The project implementation sites must be located in Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, or Pingtung (please refer to the application guidelines for details).<br />
The Principal Investigator (PI) from academia must be employed at a university of technology or a private university/college. The research team must consist of members from at least two departments (or across institutions) in different fields. The team should include faculty with expertise in the target industry domain and in AI or other required R&D technologies. The proposal must clearly specify how the assigned tasks will be linked to the local “Greater Southern” regional field.<br />

<div class="ed_txt">一、依中央研究院115年2月10日學術字第1151400248號書函辦理。<br />

二、申請人資格為本校副研究員或副教授以上編制內專任人員，年齡須在55歲以下，116年度計畫之申請人須為民國61年（西元1972年）1月1日以後出生者。執行國家科學及技術委員會個人型大型研究計畫，與此計畫執行期間不得重疊超過1年7個月。個人型大型研究計畫包含但不限於「學術攻頂研究計畫」、「尖端科學研究計畫」、「卓越領航研究計畫」、「人文行遠專書寫作計畫」、「人文及社會科學研究卓越計畫」、「工程科技中堅躍升研究計畫」、「新秀學者」、「國際年輕傑出學者」或「青穗學者計畫」。<br />
<br />
三、研究計畫型別：個人型研究計畫，包含數理科學、生命科學及人文社會科學領域，由申請人依研究專長研提計畫。<br />
<br />
四、此計畫採推薦制，各申請學校至多推薦5名。請有意申請教師於115年3月23日前備妥初版申請意願書1份送所屬一、二級單位主管核章後擲送計畫業務一組或二組，屆時將送校內相關審查程序後推薦申請。獲推薦教師須於115年4月30日前於中央研究院學術服務管理系統（網址：http://asms.sinica.edu.tw/ ）線上提送申請意願書完成申請程序。該院將於115年6月中旬通知意願書審查結果，通過者應於115年7月15日下午5時（臺灣時間）前線上提送完整計畫申請書。<br />

NSTC Notice on Amending the “Industry–University Cooperative Research Project on Advanced Technology” Solicitation Announcement<br />
<br />
Amendment Details:<br />
The amendments apply to Item 2, Item 4, Subitem (2)-1, and Subitems (3) and (4). Applicants for the Advanced Technology R&D Type must first submit a project concept proposal through the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) website. The application must be submitted by the designated representative of the applicant institution. Only after the concept proposal has passed the review may the applicant submit the full project proposal on the NSTC website within the deadline specified by the NSTC.<br />

Application Process:<br />
This program accepts applications on a rolling basis. The internal procedure for submitting the Advanced Technology R&D Type Concept Paper is as follows:<br />
The applicant submits the project concept proposal through the NSTC website.<br />
The applicant’s department prepares a formal cover letter with the required attachments (e.g., application checklist) and supporting documents, including the University’s Declaration of Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry–Academia Collaboration. These documents are reviewed by the Planning Office Teams I and II and the R&D Office for approval before being submitted to the NSTC for processing.<br />

二、旨揭計畫國科會<span style="color:#e74c3c;">線上申請系統校內截止為115年2月22日（星期日）晚上23時59分止，相關書面文件校內收件至115年2月23日（星期一）上午9時止</span>，送件說明如下：<br />
(一)請申請人先行上網註冊，將歷年成績證明正本掃描成彩色電子檔後上傳，以利辨識；並請確認個人基本資料及學術著作資料是否為最新資料。於線上完成相關作業後，將申請案「繳交送出」至就讀系所主管；待系所主管（或授權系所人員）線上「確認」後，再請指導教授於網路上傳「指導教授初評意見表」、勾選「遵照學術倫理規範」並「彙整送出」同意指導；最後由本組上線確認及「彙整送出」，完成線上申請作業。<br />
(二)申請學生之系所主管（或授權系所人員）請以各系所之國科會線上申辦系統行政作業帳號及密碼登入，登入後請確認申請人資格是否符合本計畫作業要點第三點之規定，計畫研究期間申請人需為學生身份，並請檢視上傳資料是否完整清晰、是否有上傳完成學術倫理教育課程訓練至少6小時證明文件，以及申請書表C802內容是否符合以10頁為限（參考文獻不計）之規定。<br />
(三)請符合資格之申請人於國科會網頁完成線上作業，由系所單位窗口（於學籍成績管理系統）確認學生在學資格後，列印系統頁面申請人名冊1份（經系所單位主管、一級主管核章），於校內截止收件日前，將資料送所屬校區計畫業務一、二組承辦人員彙辦。<br />

The application for this project consists of two stages: a proposal outline and a full project proposal. Interested applicants should have their respective departments submit the proposal outline and the recommendation letter from the applying institution to the Project Affairs Division I/II of the Office of Research and Development by <span style="color:#c0392b;">September 25, 2025</span>. Applications will be reviewed through the relevant academic evaluation procedures, after which a list of recommended applicants will be selected.<br />

Call for proposals： ”115年度補助延攬研究學者暨執行專題研究計畫” by NSTC<br />

The internal deadline for applications to the 2026 NSTC Subsidy Program for Recruiting Research Scholars and Implementing Research Projects is November 24, 2025.<br />
<br />
· The aforementioned program will be fully implemented through an online application system. All required forms must be prepared via the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/) by accessing the “Academic R&D Service Network.”<br />
· Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements specified in Article 3 of the operational guidelines. Call for proposals：Indigenous Family Education Integration Projects at Universities and Colleges「大專校院辦理原住民族家庭教育整合計畫」by MOE<br />
<br />
1.According to the subsidy guidelines of this program, each university/college may submit up to two applications, provided they are of different types and serve different tribes or service areas. (This restriction does not apply to one-year projects submitted in different fiscal years.)<br />
<br />

<div class="ed_txt">一、依國家科學及技術委員會112年9月18日科會綜字第1120061449號函辦理<br />
<br />
二、旨揭措施經審查通過後，於計畫原核定期限內，依執行機構與博士生兼任人員約用期間，每月增核新臺幣1萬元，增核月份得追溯自112年9月起，同一約用期間以補助一次為限。補助經費專款專用，如有餘款應全數繳回。多年期計畫請依核定清單執行期限分年提出申請。<br />
<br />
三、申請方式如下：<br />
<br />
(一)博士生兼任人員須於學術研發服務網登錄個人資料表。<br />
<br />
(二)計畫主持人請至學術研發服務網內點選執行中計畫，於計畫變更項目下「參與計畫博士生費用增核措施」申請追加經費，需上傳基本資料表及博士生兼任人員核准約用之相關資料影本。<br />
<br />
(三)線上作業完畢後請檢附專題研究計畫變更申請表，經主持人、系所主管及一級主管核章後送主計室、計畫業務一或二組辦理送出。<br />
<br />
四、個案經核定後，請計畫主持人所屬單位，備函向國科會請款，另需檢附核定清單(新)及基本資料表，叙明博士生兼任人員姓名、申請追加費用期間、月支研究津貼或工作酬金等，簽會人事室、主計室、計畫業務一或二組辦理。<br />
