Function
TAM IV is the new generation, multi-channel, microcalorimetric system from TA Instruments. TAM offers maximum sensitivity, flexibility, and performance. It can be used with the most sensitive microcalorimeters and a wide variety of accessories to precisely control the experimental conditions. Up to four independent calorimeters can be used simultaneously with TAM IV, to perform repetitive or different types of experiments. TAM IV is totally modular and enables multiple calorimeters to be added to increase sample capacity or functionality. With the addition of a multicalorimeter holding six independent minicalorimeters, the sample throughput is substantially increased. TAM IV employs patented thermostat technology to precisely control the liquid bath temperature to within 0.0001°C, and can be operated in isothermal, step-isothermal or temperature-scanning mode.

Important Specifications
1. New temperature control with new response rates provides rapid thermal equilibration and an extended temperature range of 4 °C to 150 °C for real-world cold storage applications.
2. Unrivaled temperature stability for accurate heat flow measurements in experiments lasting hours to days and weeks.
3. Four calorimeter positions with up to four calorimeters, each operating simultaneously and independently.
Opening hours:Monday to Friday 8:00~17:00; entrusted services are accepted.

Service items
1. high-precision measurement of the heat generated or absorbed when a solid or liquid sample dissolves or dilutes in a solvent.
2. used for general thermodynamic research as well as quantitative analysis of various solid phases.
3. It comes with two containers, 25 ml, and 100 ml, primarily used in conjunction with the TAM IV thermostat with a temperature range of up to 80°C.
