&lt;div class="ed_txt">The Varioskan LUX is a composite analysis system that detects full-wavelength absorbance and fluorescence. It covers various detection wavelengths, including visible light, luminescence, and fluorescence. The system uses a Xenon flash lamp as its light source. It has a built-in micro dispenser and support analysis applications for 6 to 1536-well plates.&lt;br />&#xd;
&lt;br />&#xd;
&lt;strong>Features:&lt;/strong>&lt;/div>&#xd;
&#xd;
&lt;ol>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">Wavelength range:&#xd;
	&lt;ul>&#xd;
		&lt;li class="ed_txt">Absorbance: 200nm to 1000nm; Path Length is 1nm.&lt;/li>&#xd;
		&lt;li class="ed_txt">Fluorescence: excitation range from 200nm to 1000nm, emission range from&amp;nbsp;270nm to&amp;nbsp;840nm.&#xd;
		&lt;ul>&#xd;
			&lt;li class="ed_txt">&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;">To effectively measure fluorescence, the wavelength between the fluorescence excitation and absorption&amp;nbsp;should be at least 18nm if the excitation bandwidth is 5nm. &lt;/span>For instance, if the fluorescence excitation wavelength is currently set at 400nm, the absorption wavelength must be at least 418nm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li>&#xd;

	&lt;li>A light source system supports all detection modes and uses a high-energy Xenon lamp xenon flash lamp. The lamp has a long life and does not need to be warmed up before use.&lt;/li>&#xd;

	&lt;li class="ed_txt">The workflow-oriented software allows users to set the experimental process according to the analysis steps.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">Adding experimental steps is easy using the drop-down options, where users can define the microplate format, the number of readings, settling time, wavelength, and other experimental step settings.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">With the Multiassay function, one microwell plate can support various experiments and calculation parameters.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">The software has built-in enzyme kinetics formulas, and users can choose between Linear or Quadratic slope calculation methods and calculate the area under the curve they selected. The software also has built-in Lineweaver-Burk, Eadie-Hofstee, Hanes, and other drawing formulas for calculating Km and Vmax value&amp;nbsp;formulas.&lt;/li>&#xd;

	&lt;li class="ed_txt">The workflow-oriented software allows users to set the experimental process according to the analysis steps.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">Adding experimental steps is easy using the drop-down options, where users can define the microplate format, the number of readings, settling time, wavelength, and other experimental step settings.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">With the Multiassay function, one microwell plate can support various experiments and calculation parameters.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">The software has built-in enzyme kinetics formulas, and users can choose between Linear or Quadratic slope calculation methods and calculate the area under the curve they selected. The software also has built-in Lineweaver-Burk, Eadie-Hofstee, Hanes, and other drawing formulas for calculating Km and Vmax value&amp;nbsp;formulas.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">One experimental method can be applied to several microplates without any changes.&lt;/li>&#xd;
