&lt;div class="ed_txt">&lt;strong>The Principle of Concentrating centrifuge&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong>&lt;br />&#xd;
Concentration centrifugation is a process that uses heat energy to evaporate the liquid solvent and concentrate precious samples. When the solvent evaporates, the remaining crystals are the substances originally dissolved in the solvent, such as purified DNA, RNA, or proteins.&lt;br />&#xd;
&lt;br />&#xd;
To evaporate solvents with high boiling points, low pressure can be used to reduce the boiling point. For example, water has a boiling point of 100&amp;deg;C at atmospheric pressure (1.0 bar), but at low pressure (0.48 bar), the boiling point drops to about 80&amp;deg;C. When using high-efficiency vacuum pumps to reach extremely low pressure (&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt; 0.001 bar), water will evaporate quickly at room temperature.&lt;br />&#xd;
&lt;br />&#xd;
The high vacuum environment not only improves efficiency but also eliminates oxygen and other free radicals in the air, preventing protein oxidation or denaturation during the concentration process. To prevent sample loss due to sudden boiling under high vacuum conditions, centrifugal force can effectively push the sample to the bottom of the sample bottle. Additionally, a good rotor design can maintain the maximum surface area of the liquid by tilting it at a 45&amp;deg; angle with the centrifugal axis.&lt;br />&#xd;
&lt;br />&#xd;
When the solvent contains corrosive or harmful substances, a condensation system is required between the sample volatilization tank and the vacuum pump. This system helps to collect the condensed volatilized gas at a low temperature, reducing health and safety risks for users and prolonging the life of the vacuum pump.&lt;br />&#xd;
&lt;br />&#xd;
&lt;strong>Features&lt;/strong>:&amp;nbsp;&lt;br />&#xd;
The concentrator centrifuge includes the host (SPD121P), condensate tank, and vacuum pump.&lt;/div>&#xd;
&#xd;
&lt;ol>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">&lt;strong>The SPD series host&lt;/strong> is designed to concentrate&amp;nbsp;biological and non-biological samples. It features TEFLON industrial-grade anti-corrosion coatings and precision rotors for different sample containers.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">&lt;strong>The condensate tank, RVT series&lt;/strong>, provides a low-temperature waste liquid recycle function, ensuring that the vacuum pump is not corroded by organic substances. It uses Germany&amp;#39;s Danfoss compressor, has a temperature as low as -50&amp;deg;C, and uses an environmentally friendly refrigerant.&lt;/li>&#xd;
	&lt;li class="ed_txt">&lt;strong>The vacuum pump, RV series&lt;/strong>, is an oil pump with a two-stage high-efficiency system, providing stability, high flow, ultra-high vacuum (minimum 1.5mtorr), and low noise during operation. It also has various features, such as a three-stage vacuum selection and&amp;nbsp;an overheat protection device, and can be used for strong acid organic solvents.&lt;/li>&#xd;
