Introduction:
\r\nThe QuantStudio™ 3 Real-Time PCR System suits users of all experience levels. It features a touch screen, easy-to-use software, pre-optimized program templates, and a cloud service platform connected to a wireless network anytime (enabling data connection, analysis, and sharing anytime, anywhere).
\r\n
\r\nMain system:
\r\n\r\n
    \r\n\t
  1. Load up to 96 samples simultaneously with a minimum reaction volume of 10-30µl.
    2. \r\n\t
  2. The instrument has two or more control modes to prevent data loss during the experiment:\r\n\t
      \r\n\t\t
    1. Stand-alone operation: No computer is needed to control the PCR and fluorescence collection. Experiment results can be accessed directly from the machine.
      2. \r\n\t\t
    2. Computer-controlled operation: Access the experimental process settings and results from the computer.
      3. \r\n\t

  3. Data can be uploaded directly to the cloud browser through a network connection, and experimental results and data can be viewed remotely through the cloud browser.
    4. \r\n\t
  4. Four kinds of fluorescence detection can be performed simultaneously, including FAM/SYBR Green, VIC/JOE, ABY/NED/TAMRA, and ROX/Texas Red, for multi-target PCR reactions.

  5. More than 3 independent experiments (Annealing temperature) can be set simultaneously.

\r\nSystem Analysis Software:
\r\n\r\n

  1. Quantitative analysis software: It can perform Absolute Quantification and Relative Quantification analysis and supports various analysis modes.
    2. \r\n\t
  2. Original advanced analysis software: Features original primer-probe design software, which can perform primer design, automatically calculate Tm value, and analyze the secondary structure.

  1. Please make an online reservation before use. (For detailed instructions, please refer to the reservation rules)

  2. Users are responsible for promptly filling in the registration book and retrieving their samples after the experiment. In case of any damage to the sample, the center will not be responsible for it.
    3. \r\n\t
  3. Users are not allowed to perform the following operations on the computers of the center:\r\n\t
      \r\n\t\t
    • Change programs or parameters or other people's files.
      • \r\n\t\t
    • Externally connect any peripheral devices.
      • \r\n\t\t
    • Copy or install any program on the center's computer (the programs on the center's computer are all original and have copyright).
      • \r\n\t\t
    • Violators will be prohibited from using it forever. Violators will be punished according to the school rules for any damage caused.
      • \r\n\t

    4. \r\n\t
  4. If you have any questions when using it, please ask the instrument center technicians.
    5. \r\n\t
  5. Restricted to use 0.1ml PCR 96-well plate or tube. If you use other specifications and cause damage to the machine, you will be liable for repair and compensation!
    6. \r\n\t
  6. The PCR machine will automatically switch to sleep mode 4 hours after the experiment is completed. The computer will display "Instrument connection was lost," which is a normal occurrence.
    7. \r\n\t
  7. Before starting the experiment, please ensure that the data-collection function is activated. Clicking on this icon by mistake will close the data collection (the icon will appear grayed out), and the machine will not detect real-time information during the experiment.

  1. The person making the reservation must be the actual user and cannot book on behalf of someone else.
    2. \r\n\t
  2. The earliest available appointment is two weeks in advance. For example, if today is Tuesday, the earliest available reservation would be next Monday.
    3. \r\n\t
  3. Each user can reserve a maximum of two sessions at a time, with a required 3-hour interval between the sessions. Additionally, each slot cannot exceed 3 hours.
    4. \r\n\t
  4. If you are more than 30 minutes late for the reserved period, it will be considered as giving up the slot, and others can use it at any time.
    5. \r\n\t
  5. The access or return time of accessories should not affect the use of others.
    6. \r\n\t
  6. Please take your personal belongings with you and do not leave any items behind (especially samples).
    7. \r\n

Note:
\r\n\r\n
Cancellations must be made 6 hours before the reserved period to avoid causing inconvenience to others. Frequent no-shows without prior cancellation will result in strict limitations on future reservations after investigation.
