International Exchange Student Dormitory Application Instructions  國際交流生宿舍申請說明

  1. If overseas Chinese students and foreign students who have not yet enrolled in the school need to apply for accommodation, please contact the school's Office of International Affairs via email first.
    2. \r\n\t
  2. Regarding international exchange students who require dormitory accommodation, applicants should in principle hold student status. The hosting department is requested to submit a formal written application through official administrative procedures and forward it for joint review with the Office of International Affairs.
    3. \r\n\t
  3. When assisting exchange students with dormitory applications, departments are kindly requested to specify the number of applicants, gender, period of stay, and the reason for accommodation (e.g., exchange program requirements).
    4. \r\n\t
  4. To facilitate dormitory arrangements by the Housing Services Division I, departments are requested to complete the approval process no later than:
    \r\n\tAugust 15 (Fall semester)
    \r\n\tJanuary 15 (Spring semester)
    \r\n\tMay 15 (Summer term)
