<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">If overseas Chinese students and foreign students who have not yet enrolled in the school need to apply for accommodation, please contact <a href="mailto:oia@nycu.edu.tw" id="1-2" title="the school's Office of International Affairs">the school's Office of International Affairs</a> via email first.</span></li>
<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">Regarding international exchange students who require dormitory accommodation, applicants should in principle hold student status. The hosting department is requested to submit a formal written application through official administrative procedures and forward it for joint review with the Office of International Affairs.</span></li>
<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">When assisting exchange students with dormitory applications, departments are kindly requested to specify the number of applicants, gender, period of stay, and the reason for accommodation (e.g., exchange program requirements).</span></li>
<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">To facilitate dormitory arrangements by the Housing Services Division I, departments are requested to complete the approval process no later than:<br>
<u>August 15 (Fall semester)</u><br>
<u>January 15 (Spring semester)</u><br>
<u>May 15 (Summer term)</u></span></li>

<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">如本校僑生及外籍生尚未入學者有住宿申請需要者，請先以電子郵件洽本校國際事務處。</span></li>
<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">有關國際交流生有申請宿舍需要者，原則上應具學生身份，並由該系所協助以公文方式簽核申請，並會辦本校國際事務處。</span></li>
<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">系所協助交流生申請宿舍時，請惠予敘明人數、性別、在校期間及原因(如交流需要等)。</span></li>
<li class="ed_txt"><span style="font-size:130%;">為住宿服務一組安排宿舍需要，請各系所最遲於8月15日前(上學期)、1月15日前(下學期)或5月15日前(暑期)完成簽核程序。</span></li>
