\r\n【申請流程】\r\n\r\n
登入校園單一入口→校務系統連結→陽明校區→陽明入口網→校園生活→學務處資訊系統→學生社團

\r\n【例行性活動申請】\r\n\r\n
    \r\n\t
  1. 社團負責人線上申請借用場地、器材，並檢附活動相關資料及企畫書。
    2. \r\n\t
  2. 暑期場地衝突協調會及器材協調會一同召開(時間訂於學期末)。
    3. \r\n\t
  3. 場器協結束後，課輔一組線上審核活動，並公告於網站上 (視需要呈學務長簽核)。
    4. \r\n\t
  4. 請社團依據公告分配之場地、器材做使用。
    5. \r\n\t
  5. 社團依活動計畫辦理活動，結束後復原場地。
    6. \r\n
\r\n【校內活動申請】\r\n\r\n
    \r\n\t
  1. 社團負責人上網登錄活動相關資料。
    2. \r\n\t
  2. 辦理場地、器材借用程序。
    3. \r\n\t
  3. 課輔一組線上審核活動 (視需要呈學務長簽核)。
    4. \r\n\t
  4. 社團依活動計畫辦理活動，結束後復原場地。
    5. \r\n\t
  5. 若申請學校經費補助，則於活動結束後盡快完成經費核銷。
    6. \r\n
\r\n【校外活動申請】\r\n\r\n
    \r\n\t
  1. 社團社長(社團負責人)活動兩週前申請，上網登錄活動相關資料。
    2. \r\n\t
  2. 聘請隨隊老師，並請輔導老師簽署。
    3. \r\n\t
  3. 活動前兩週，檢附相關資料辦理。\r\n\t\r\n\t
    4. \r\n\t
  4. 社團活動申請，課輔一組審核完畢，需交給軍訓室、學務長審核。
    5. \r\n\t
  5. 系所活動申請，系所審核完畢，需交給軍訓室審核。
