The full price of each card is $600 with an additional material fee of $100 when you first buy it (to encourage recycling the resources, the material fee of $100 is refunded upon the card's return).  You do not need to pay the material fee again if you buy another full-price card by turning in a used-up card.\r\n2.Prepaid electricity cards can be purchased at the specified 7-11 convenience stores campus-wide. The full price of each card is $500 with an additional material fee of $100 when you first buy it (to encourage recycling the resources, the material fee of $100 is refunded upon the card's return).  You do not need to pay the material fee again if you buy another full-price card by turning in a used-up card.\r\n\r\nII.Top-up Service\r\n1.The top-up stations for the prepaid air-conditioning cards are separately located inside/outside of the specified residence office, Boai Campus; outside of the convenience store at Dining Hall II, and inside the convenience store in Dorm 13, Kuangfu Campus.\r\n2.The top-up stations for the prepaid electricity cards are separately located at the corner in front of the Service Center, 2nd floor, South Building of the G3 dormitory (only for the cards used at G3); and outside of the convenience store at Dining Hall II, Kuangfu Campus (this station is unable to top up the cards used at G3).\r\n3.The added value on the machine can only be paid with an e-Wallet (the e-Wallets-enabled apps and top-up values can be bought is subject to the shown on the screen).\r\n4.If there is a failure of value added to the card in the event of the malfunction of the machine, bring the e-Wallet payment details (including date/time/deduction amount/name of the e-Wallet) to the Housing Center II to recharge manually.\r\n\r\nIII.Cards Return and Remaining Balance Refund\r\n1.Return the used-up prepaid air-conditioning cards to the original store where you bought them, you can retrieve a $100 material fee for each (must meet with an anti-counterfeiting sticker on it and not be damaged or hard to read).\r\n2.Return the used-up prepaid electricity cards to the specified store where you bought them, you can retrieve a $100 material fee for each.\r\n3.If you want the remaining balance on the prepaid air-conditioning/electricity cards to be refunded, please come to the Housing Center II with your cards during the work time on week days (*Procedures for refund: balance check→a filled-in refund form→paperwork processing→permission by accounting unit→refund saved into the applicant’s account).\r\n4.The prepaid air-conditioning/electricity cards can be only submitted for refunds with balances reading successfully by the authentication of the Housing Center.\r\n5.The submission for refunds is collectively handled between June and July, January and February annually.  Except as noted period above, submissions of refund are not acceptable.  Please note and follow the work schedule.\r\n\r\nIV.Attentions\r\n1.The function of the air-conditioning cards will be suspended if you take them to be used at places other than in your current dormitory.  Bring the cards to the Housing Center for re-activating it. \r\n2.If the air-conditioning cannot be started by inserting the card, please wipe the chip clean on the card with an eraser first, and then try again. \r\n3.For customized prices of prepaid air-conditioning cards for Student Summer Camp housing, please contact the Housing Center.   This kind of card is not suitable for the contents stated in “Cards Return and Remaining Balance Refund”.\r\n4.Refunds are eligible applying \"Only those who hold bank accounts with cooperation to NYCU University\".  \r\n5.Any questions about the prepaid air-conditioning/electricity cards, please contact the Housing Center or \r\ncall 03-5131498 for enquiry. \r\n\r\nV.
