Need to release some tension, boost your energy, and restore balance while improving your health?
Starting in October, we’re introducing a new series of evening fitness classes:
💃 Zumba: Dance with passion, shake off your worries, and burn fat through aerobics.
🎉 iPARTY: Exercise like it's a party—have fun while burning those calories.
🧘♀️ Power Pilates: Sculpt your body and upgrade your core strength.
No matter how busy you are, it’s time to take a breather! Join us for an energizing experience. Recharge your body in the rhythm of music and sweat, and boost your health at the same time.
Whether you're an experienced dancer or a fitness beginner, this is your stage!
🗓️ Schedule: Starting in October, classes will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.
💃 Zumba: 11/4-12/30 Tuesdays, 17:30-18:30
🎉 iPARTY: 10/8-12/24 Wednesdays, 17:00-18:00
🧘♀️ Power Pilates: 10/9-12/18 Thursdays, 17:30-18:30
📍 Target Audience: Priority for school faculty and students; family members of faculty and external participants are welcome to enroll.
📍 Location: NYCU(Guangfu Campus), Gymnasium B1, Fitness Room
