📣 115-3 Spring Sports Promotion Classes|Now Open for Registration!
The 115th Spring Sports Promotion Classes hosted by the Department of Physical Education will begin after the Lunar New Year (course dates aligned with the official academic calendar).
To provide more diverse and high-quality exercise programs and to promote a healthier and happier campus community, this term offers 7 classes spanning both advanced and beginner levels, catering to participants of varying fitness levels and needs.

🧘 Beginner Courses: Stretching & Myofascial Release
Thursday 12:10|Yin-Yang Yoga

🎶 Beginner Courses: Cardiovascular & Coordination Enhancement
Wednesday 17:10|iPARTY
Wednesday 18:20|Light Aerobics
Thursday 17:30|Zumba


Seats are limited, so please register early to secure your spot!
Our courses combine mind-body harmony, core training, upbeat dance aerobics, and high-intensity boxing & strength workouts, designed to meet different fitness needs and challenge levels, while improving overall cardiovascular health and physical performance.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced exerciser, we warmly invite you to join us and start building a consistent, long-lasting healthy exercise routine.

1️⃣ Each class prioritizes the first 35 registrants in order of submission. Submitting the form does not guarantee enrollment; confirmation is based on final registration order and participant status.
2️⃣ Returning Student Discount applies to recent participants (114 Fall/Winter term, 115 Winter Break); all others pay full price.
3️⃣ Please assess your personal health condition. Those with chronic illnesses or health issues that restrict exercise should not register.
