proudly present the 2026 Faculty In Shape (FISH) Project—
the essential health program designed exclusively for our faculty members.
“Health: The Strongest Teaching Power”
If your current situation sounds like this…
Your teaching and research duties are demanding, making it difficult to commit to a fixed exercise schedule.
You wish to start exercising, but hesitate due to the lack of professional guidance.
You have tried learning an exercise on your own, but improper techniques led to injury and forced you to stop.
Then this program is designed for you.
We proudly introduce the Customized Fitness Program for Faculty, tailored to your individual needs.
Our goal is to help you continue the sport you learn independently after one year—building lifelong exercise habits through consistent training and professional guidance, while also strengthening connections with colleagues and family members.
📍 By joining the FISH Program, you will enjoy:
- One-on-one professional training with a qualified student coach
- Learning one chosen sport: fitness walking (track & field), badminton, table tennis, or tennis
- Flexible scheduling, arranged directly between you and the student coach
- Motivational support: you may invite one colleague, spouse, or child to join your training sessions
