Do you still remember the breathtaking feat this January when Alex Honnold free-soloed to the top of Taipei 101, taking on a vertical landmark with nothing but his bare hands?

This spring, we invites you back to deep within the campus woods for a resistance-training adventure that heals the five senses while pushing your limits!

• Treetop Walk: Learn to climb using arborist ropes and Blake’s hitch knot technique. Transform into a carefree “inchworm,” engaging your core and coordinated body movements—bending and extending your way up to the treetops.

• Tree Bouldering: Combine “monkey-style tree rock climbing” techniques to experience freehand vertical climbing among natural trees, feeling the fingertip tension and balance of bouldering in a forest setting.

• High-Altitude Zipline: Glide between two trees and channel your inner Tarzan as you race through the air, exhilarated by the rush of the zipline system.

Begin your adventure in the most scenic corner of our campus track and field stadium. Under the guidance and protection of professional instructors, you’ll challenge yourself through hands-on physical practice while embracing the spirit of sustainability: “Love trees—start by climbing them.”
If you never climb a tree in your youth, you’ll miss out!
Consider this a must-do experience on your personal “life learning checklist.”

📌 Curl-Up Test Procedure:
(1)Starting Position: Lie down with your hands touching the lower sensor line, knees bent at approximately 90 degrees.
(2)Test Movement: Slightly lift your head (without shrugging your shoulders), engage your abdominal muscles to curl up, and follow the rhythm of the audio cues. Reach both hands up to touch the upper sensor line, then return to the lower line. Keep your head off the ground throughout the process.

⚠️ Test Failure Criteria:
(1)Your heels lift off the ground during the test.
(2)You use momentum or other body parts to assist the movement.
(3)You fail to touch the upper sensor line with both hands (either only one hand reaches or neither does).

📣 Display Panel Indicators:
(1)If the left side of the screen shows “S”, it means Slow (your speed is too slow); if it shows “F”, it means Fast (your speed is too fast).
Both S and F indicate an error. If two errors occur, the test will automatically end and your score will be recorded.
(2)The right side of the screen displays the current number of curl-ups completed.
The maximum number of curl-ups allowed is 75. The test ends once you reach this limit.

🗨️Sometimes we turn to exercise to improve our health, yet we lack the motivation or feel even more exhausted afterward…
🗨️Not only does our body feel drained, but our mind feels weary too.
🗨️Despite constant minor ailments, health checkups show everything’s normal.

Stress, anxiety, and irregular routines can leave our bodies running on overdrive—foot on the gas, but the brakes of the parasympathetic nervous system just can’t keep up.
This imbalance makes it hard to relax and rest, leading to cycles of exhaustion and unprocessed negative emotions.
Healing begins with awareness.
By tuning into the body, we reconnect with the mind and restore inner resilience.
Let us return to a place of physical and emotional calm and ease.
