background-color: rgb(238, 238, 238);\">\r\n\t\t\t<p>1. 原本校製發之「陽明大學校友證」、「陽明交大學生證上（加蓋『畢業』字樣） 」實體卡片（註：過去無製發交大校友證），<strong>已持有者得延緩使用至民國115年12月31日止</strong>，屆期即終止使用實體卡片，卡片無需繳回。</p>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<p><br>\r\n\t\t\t2. 如您過去未持有校友證，而是以畢業證書翻拍存於手機並搭配個人證件作為身分識別者，亦適用上述延緩使用期限。</p>\r\n\t\t\t</td>\r\n\t\t</tr>\r\n\t\t<tr>\r\n\t\t\t<th scope=\"row\" style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">校友證之開通</th>\r\n\t\t\t<td data-th=\"國立陽明交通大學數位校友證\" style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\r\n\t\t\t<div style=\"text-align: left;\">1. 請自本校「<u><a href=\"https://alumni.sec.nycu.edu.tw/AlumniAuthenticationMVC/Alumni/VerifyAgreement\" id=\"1-3\" title=\"校友身分驗證系統\"><span style=\"color:#0000cc;\"><strong>校友身分驗證系統</strong></span></a></u>」填寫正確之個人資料並上傳照片後提出申請。</div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><br>\r\n\t\t\t2. 經校友中心審核通過後，將以電子郵件通知，並取得「陽明交大單一入口」之啟用帳號資格。</div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><br>\r\n\t\t\t3. 在「<strong><a href=\"https://portal.nycu.edu.tw/\" id=\"1-4\" title=\"陽明交大單一入口\"><span style=\"color:#0000cc;\">陽明交大單一入口</span></a></strong>」<span style=\"background-color:#ffff66;\">必須先進行「啟用帳號」</span>，方能登入單一入口，即可正式開通數位校友證。</div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<div style=\"text-align: left;\">　註(1)：您的帳號是申請當下填的email。</div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<div style=\"text-align: left;\">　註(2)：登入單一入口後的兩階段驗證通知，可自行選擇是否設定，如不需要則將該視窗關閉即可。</div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"> </p>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4. 若於填寫校友身分驗證系統資料後，無法順利提交申請，可能因校友過去留存於本校之資料尚未完整。敬請電洽本校校友中心( 03-5731789/ 03-5731788/ 02-28231229 )，由專人協助處理。</p>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br>\r\n\t\t\t5. 曾於本校取得多個學歷之校友，僅需申請一次，請擇一學號進行申請即可。</p>\r\n\t\t\t</td>\r\n\t\t</tr>\r\n\t\t<tr>\r\n\t\t\t<th scope=\"row\" style=\"background-color: rgb(238, 238, 238);\">校友證之開啟</th>\r\n\t\t\t<td data-th=\"國立陽明交通大學數位校友證\" style=\"text-align: left;
