★ 本工作坊幫助師長們瞭解薩提爾對話，強化教師內在能量，並學習如何應對有情緒的學生，以及開啟學生的價值感，從而激發內在力量。許多台灣師生正因薩提爾對話而發生改變，歡迎你來充電，享受學習的激盪與快樂。
★ 分享者說明：
張輝誠老師原為中山女高國文教師，曾獲教育部教學卓越獎。在師大、世新教授大一國文的期間，亦獲該大學教學優良獎。他樂於分享，2013年起開放教室供觀課並成立學思達臉書社團，現今臉書社團有8萬多人，成員橫跨大中小學各級學校。2020年離開中山女高後，成立學思達教育基金會，為「釋放師生潛能，發揮最高價值」的願景而努力。
張老師多年前透過李崇建老師接觸薩提爾對話後，不僅助益自身與家人，更以其卓越的教學能力，在教育界推廣薩提爾對話，幫助了許多的教師、家長與學生。薩提爾相關著作有《家庭裡的覺醒對話》、《教室裡的對話練習》、《家庭裡的對話練習：張輝誠的薩提爾實踐》，策畫《薩提爾縱深對話》等等。

**Winter Recharge Workshop: A One-Day Online Workshop on "Satir Dialogue for University Faculty and Students"**
★ As student diversity increases, the impact of dialogue in and out of the classroom is growing, yet university teachers may feel powerless. The highly acclaimed "Satir Dialogue for University Faculty and Students" workshop will help you find your focus and inner strength!
- Date: February 8, 2025 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Location: Conducted via Webex online meeting
- Facilitator: Teacher Zhang Huicheng, founder of the Xuesida Teaching Method
- Participants: Faculty and staff from higher education institutions, members of the Teaching Recharge Cooperative
★ Workshop Content:
- Morning Session: Learning how to respond to emotional students
- 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Overview of "Satir Iceberg Dialogue"
- 10:40 AM - 12:00 PM: Teacher Self-Awareness
- Afternoon Session: Unlocking students' sense of value
- 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Self-Connection
- 3:40 PM - 5:30 PM: New Modes of Expression

★ This workshop helps educators understand Satir dialogue, enhance their inner energy, learn how to handle emotional students, and unlock students' sense of value, thereby activating their inner strength. Many teachers and students in Taiwan are experiencing transformation through Satir dialogue. You are welcome to recharge and enjoy the stimulation and joy of learning.
★ Facilitator Description:
Teacher Zhang Huicheng was previously a Chinese teacher at Zhongshan Girls' High School and received the Ministry of Education's Excellence in Teaching Award. While teaching first-year Chinese at National Taiwan Normal University and Shih Hsin University, he also received teaching excellence awards from both institutions. He is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge; since 2013, he has opened his classroom for observation and established a Facebook group for Xuesida, which now has over 80,000 members spanning various educational levels. After leaving Zhongshan Girls' High School in 2020, he founded the Xuesida Education Foundation to pursue the vision of "releasing the potential of teachers and students to achieve their highest value."
★ Years ago, after being introduced to Satir dialogue by Teacher Li Chongjian, Zhang not only benefited himself and his family but also promoted Satir dialogue in education with his outstanding teaching abilities, helping many teachers, parents, and students. His works related to Satir include "Awakening Dialogue in Families," "Dialogue Practice in Classrooms," "Dialogue Practice in Families: Zhang Huicheng's Satir Practice," and he has planned "In-depth Satir Dialogue," among others.
