How to Register for General Graduate Courses?
- Application Time: To protect students' course enrollment rights, general graduate courses are typically prioritized for regular students in the course registration system. Therefore, in-service program students must handle the registration for general graduate courses in paper format during the add/drop period at the start of the semester.
- Application Process:
- It is recommended that students email the course instructor in advance to confirm whether course signing is allowed.
- General graduate courses usually have course signing during the first class.
- Due to limited classroom seats or equipment, the number of sign-up spots is often restricted. Students must attend the class in person and follow the instructor's instructions to sign up.
- Some courses may require on-site queues or a lottery for signing up.
- Please go to "About Students > Documents > Courses" to download and submit the following documents:
- Submit the "Online Course Add and Drop Application Form" to the department offering the course.
- Submit the "Application Form for Elective Graduate Courses from the Two Colleges" or the "Application Form for Elective Graduate Courses from Non-Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Fields" to the program office.
- If the instructor has already added the student through the system, there is no need to submit the Online Course Add/Drop Form to the course department.
