Can Elective General Graduate Courses Be Counted Toward Graduation Credits?
- Electrical Engineering College or Computer Science College Courses:
Courses offered by graduate departments listed under "National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Course Schedule" website as general graduate courses > Degree Program > College of Electrical and Computer Science courses belong to this category.- Application Method: Submit the "Application Form for Elective Graduate Courses from the Two Colleges" to the program office to have the credits counted toward graduation.
- If the selected course is a general graduate course corresponding to the major group’s graduate department, the credits can be counted toward the major group’s credits.
- If the course is from a department outside the student's major group, the credits will be counted as "Other Credits."
- Other Departments' General Graduate Courses: Submit the "Application Form for Elective Non-Two College General Graduate Courses" to the program office. These credits will not be counted toward graduation credits.
