2024/11/1 “Revitalize and Relax” A Workshop for Stress-Free Living
Life these days moves super fast, and we're constantly hooked to our electronic devices. Whether we're studying, working, or chilling out, we're always glued to our screens, which makes us ignore our body's signals. This can lead to stiff shoulders, aching backs, fatigue, and a lack of motivation.

To help us out, physical therapist  Tsui Yen-Chen will be hosting a lecture to teach us how to recognize muscle stress, introduce fascia care techniques, and show some simple daily self-care exercises to help us deal with stress.

Event Objectives:
Increase mindfulness of the body and techniques to manage stress.
Discover methods to alleviate stress and prioritize self-care.
Acquire daily muscle relaxation techniques for independent practice.
