2024/11/6、11/13、11/20 Study Abroad Stories: Laughs and Lows
"I feel stuck with a thousand tangled emotions inside me... I'm so confused about these feelings."
"I was furious at that moment, but I didn't know how to express it or who I could talk to."
"When I feel unfortunate, what else can I do to make myself feel better, besides crying?"
We deal with emotions daily, but we may not truly understand them. As people try to coexist peacefully with their emotions, they develop some "survival strategies," such as numbing themselves with food, shopping, or gaming, or distracting themselves to mitigate the impact of emotions. These inappropriate survival strategies fail to solve the problems and can turn into a negative cycle.
In fact, if you are willing to listen, you can hear the whispers of emotions in your mind, inviting you to discuss the joys and sorrows of life! Let's "heal" by meeting emotions together, unlocking them through experiential activities, learning to "transform emotions," and practicing expressing our inner feelings.

Gain a better understanding of the counseling center.
Engage in group activities to explore different emotions related to adjusting to a new life.
