The Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzer is a device that can analyze various parameters using a small amount of samples. The samples are injected into the test slide and then reacted in the instrument to obtain the value.
The test parameters are listed below:
The test parameters are listed below:
- Colorimetric measurements: ALP, AMYL, CHE, CKMB, CPK, GGT, GOT/AST, GPT/ALT, LAP, LDH, ALB, BUN, Ca, CRE, DBIL, GLU, HDL-C, IP, Mg, NH3, TBIL, TCHO, CRP, TG, TP, and UA.
- Electrolytes: Na-K-Cl
- Blood volume and sample requirement: The device requires minimal blood volume. Only 0.01 cc of blood sample is sufficient for a single test. Only 0.5 cc of whole blood centrifuge sample is sufficient for 20 tests. The device can test whole blood (NH3-W), urine (GLU, BUN, CRE, UA, CA), serum, and plasma.
- The sample volume required for colorimetric measurement should not exceed 10 μl/test, and the electrolyte sample should not exceed 50 μl/3 tests.
- Dry measurement can minimize internal fluid lines to reduce the chance of cross-contamination.
- The device has built-in at least four dilution multipliers for easy adjustment and auto-extrapolation of readings.
- Can test 29 parameters:
- Colorimetry: GGT, GOT/AST, GPT/ALT, CPK, LDH, ALP, AMYL, LAP, CKMB, CHE, GLU, BUN, CRE, UA, TCHO, HDL-C, TG, TBIL, DBIL, Ca, IP, Mg, TP, ALB, NH3, CRP,
- Electrolytes: Na, K, Cl
- Throughput: Colorimetry 120 test/hour, Combined 128 test/hour
- Sample type: Plasma, Serum, Whole blood, urine
- Sample Volume:
- Colorimetry 10μL/test,
- Electrolytes 50μL/3 tests (Na-K-Cl),
- CRP 5μL/test
- Sample processing method: manual pipette samples and automatic test slide measurements
- Calibration method: QC card calibration
- Waste collection: Slide reagents after measurement are automatically discarded to the disposal box, minimizing the risk of contamination.
- Mode of loading: up to 20 test slides can be placed at one time
- Photometry accuracy: ±0.005 OD/ within 600nm
- Test wavelength: 400nm, 505nm, 540nm, 577nm, 600nm, 625nm, 650nm
- Power supply: 100±10V, 50/60Hz, 300VA
- Data transmission: RS-232C or USB2.0
- The Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzer is open for users to operate on their own. Please make online reservations through the "Instrument Reservation System." If you are using the device for the first time, kindly read the manual carefully and ensure that you fully understand the operation of the device. Alternatively, you can make an appointment with the administrator to learn how to use the device.
- Please review the following instructions carefully before making a reservation:
- You can reserve a maximum of two sessions within a two-week period. Each slot is limited to three hours.
- If you are unable to use the equipment for any reason, please cancel your reservation at least six hours in advance.
- If you fail to use your reservation within 30 minutes of the start, your session will be canceled, and others may use it.
- After use, please return all equipment to its original condition and record any relevant information. Please clean all equipment used during your experiments and dispose of them properly. Do not leave them on the bench or in the common instrument room's trash cans to avoid contamination. Violators will be notified, and their right to use the equipment will be suspended for two months. Finally, remember to register the device after use.
- Access to the common instrument room is managed through an access control system. To apply for access, please visit the “Instrument Reservation System.”
- The Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzer is accessible 24 hours a day.
- Data is printed on thermal paper. If a red line appears on the side of the paper, it indicates the need for immediate replacement with a new roll to avoid data loss. A spare roll of thermal paper is provided next to the machine for self-replacement. If you're unsure how to replace it, please reach out to the center office for guidance.
- If you encounter any issues such as malfunctioning, damage, or defacement of the scanning probe, please inform the Center staff immediately. Additionally, make sure to record the incident in the User Registration Book to clarify responsibility.
- Users are required to purchase their own reagents and test slides.
- To prevent instrument malfunction, carefully place the test slides and ensure the tip does not fall off when injecting the sample onto the slide.
- If the device is damaged due to improper use, the instructor of the operator will be held responsible for the damage.
