Important Specifications

The spectrum measurement system includes a high magnetic field thermostatic controller (magnetic field can reach 7 T, temperature can reach 1.8 K).

Available laser light sources are 400, 532, 633, and 800 nm. Users can also prepare their own light source. Temperature range 1.8 K to 350 K (0.2% stability below 20 K, 0.02% stability above 20 K). The magnetic field range is plus or minus 7 T (stability within 3 cm diameter is 0.3%). The vibration stability can reach the micron level.

  • Level A: Open to students who need to use it. They can operate it on their own after training and assessment.
  • Level B: Each professor assigns one student to apply for training. The other students of the professor need to be operated by students who have received training. If a professor has too many students using the instrument, he or she can ask the instrument to The person in charge applied to increase the number of students receiving training.
  • Level C: The person in charge of the instrument selects a number of students recommended by the professor to receive training. After passing the assessment, they can operate the instrument themselves and be responsible for entrusted service work.
  • Level D: The technical staff of this laboratory accept entrusted services and are not open for use.
Management methods and reservation methods
  1. You must first discuss with an instrument expert or technician whether the experiment can be performed and fill in Advanced Service Application Form. After the application is reviewed and approved both inside and outside the school, the cutting-edge service experimental plan will be implemented.
  2. Only after the cutting-edge service application has been reviewed can you arrange an experimental itinerary with the technician.
