本校國際高教培訓暨認證中心(Higher Education Accreditation for Teaching, HEAT)與英國高等教育學院 (Advance HE) 合作，每年針對本校專任/專任專案/合聘教師舉辦一屆國際高教培訓暨認證(3階段60小時)。

第七屆(2024)起國際高教培訓暨認證再進階，依循六屆培訓經驗併同教師實際教學需求，特別精準調整為2專業教學模組 + 1教學支援模組共45小時之「國際高教教學精進培訓暨認證」(Enhancement in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education Certificate Program, ELTHE)。

每年亦針對博士生/博士後舉辦一屆1階段18小時之「國際高教教學奠基培訓暨認證」(Foundation in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education Program, FLTHE)。

高教培訓課程主要輔助教師與博士生/博士後提昇高等教育專業教學知能及技巧，使教學符合國際高教專業教學架構標準 (Professional Standards Framework, PSF)。培訓後協助申請並獲得國際高等教育專業認證 (HEA Fellowship)。教師6.5萬元、博士生3.5萬元培訓暨認證之費用，由學校全額補助。

This program has been co-designed within the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) and the Advance HE in the United Kingdom since 2018. This program aims to provide Full-time Faculty, doctoral students, and postdocs with professional training for enhancing teaching and students’ learning in higher education. Since 2024, the program has been be further advanced. Building on previous experiences and better supporting teaching needs of faculty, this program adjusted to "Enhancement in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (ELTHE) Certificate Program" with a 2-module and 1 interim teaching supporting, 45-hour training program. For NYCU doctoral students/postdocs, HEAT offers an annual "Foundation in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (FLTHE) program," which is a 1-stage, 18-hour training.

ELTHE/FLTHE mainly support faculty/doctoral students/postdocs in enhancing their professional teaching knowledge and skills in higher education, aligning with the global Professional Standards Framework (PSF). All participants are encouraged to do some activities and use critical concepts that learn in the program, reflect in the class, and continue to think and to improve how to improve students’ learning. After the program, all participants are required to apply for the HEA certificate using their pedagogical design and personal development. The training and certification fees of NT$65,000 for faculty and NT$35,000 for doctoral students are fully subsidized by NYCU.

1. 國立陽明交通大學專任/專任專案/合聘教師 For NYCU Full-time Faculty

2025-2026年第八屆國際高教教學精進培訓暨認證(ELTHE)分為2專業教學模組+1支援教學共45小時，參與者需於第一梯次的培訓前(8月中旬)，先繳交2萬元保證金，並全程參與2025年8月、10月與2026年1月舉行的培訓。培訓時將嚴格控管出席，最多只能請假6小時，且每個梯次請假不超過3小時。參與者完成45小時培訓後，會獲得Advance HE頒贈的結訓證書。國際高教培訓結訓後需於2026年4月底前完成3,000字教學反思的國際高等教育專業認證 (HEA Fellowship)申請；申請認證後將退還保證金。

The ELTHE program will be a 2-module and 1-interim teaching supporting program within one academic year, from August 2025 to April 2026. All participants need to attend all modules and finish assigned tasks. An NT$20,000 deposit is required before the module starts. Participants can only ask for leave for 6 hours within the whole module, and in each module are allowed up to 3 hours of leave. After completing the training program, participants will be awarded a training certificate from Advance HE as passing the below rule of attendance. All participants will also be required to apply for the Higher Education Academy (HEA) Fellowship with a 3,000-word reflective commentary by the end of April, 2026. After applying, the NT$20,000 deposit will be refunded.

2. 國立陽明交通大學在學博士生/博士後 For NYCU Ph.D. students and Postdocs

2025-2026年第八屆國際高教教學奠基培訓暨認證(FLTHE)為1個梯次18小時，參與者需全程參與培訓，完成培訓後會獲得Advance HE頒贈的結訓證書。完成培訓後，需於2026年5月底前完成1,400字教學反思的國際高教初階會士認證(HEA Associate Fellowship)申請。本培訓以英語為主要授課語言；全程培訓您需以英語進行發言、互動與討論。

The FLTHE program will be one module (3 days) within one academic year in January 2026. All participants need to attend the whole module and finish assigned tasks. After completing the training program, participants will be awarded a training certificate from Advance HE to pass the above rule of attendance. All participants will also be required to apply for the Higher Education Academy (HEA) Associate Fellowship with a 1,400-word reflective commentary by May 31st, 2026. FLTHE program will be taught mainly in English. All speeches, interactions and discussions during the program must be conducted in English.

3. 共同參與教育部深耕計畫之全球鏈結/國際競爭力的合作夥伴
Faculty members of universities implementing International Competitiveness Project under the Higher Education Sprout Project

臺灣大學、清華大學、成功大學、政治大學的專任教師
National Taiwan University (NTU), National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), and National Chengchi University (NCCU).

國立陽明交通大學參與的教師每人參加培訓暨認證費用(6.5萬元)、博士生/博士後每人參加培訓暨認證費用(3.5萬元)，由學校全額補助。
國立陽明交通大學參與的教師成功報名計畫後，每人需於第一梯次培訓前需繳交2萬元保證金。保證金將於符合下列要點，即透過學校流程退還保證金於薪資(郵局/玉山)帳戶中：
- (1) 積極參與並完成培訓活動
- (2) 達成2+1模組45小時培訓時數
- (3) 並於2026年4月30日(前)完成國際高等教育專業認證會士申請 (HEA Fellowship，3,000字)
國立陽明交通大學在學博士生/博士後報名計畫後，不需繳交保證金，但需確實配合完成培訓暨認證申請，並於2026年5月31日(前)完成1,400字的國際高等教育專業認證初階會士 (HEA Associate Fellowship)申請。

Free for NYCU faculty, Ph.D. students, and post-doctoral researchers. NYCU subsidies each participant NT$35,000 ~ 65,000 for the training and fellowship application fee for NYCU participants.
Each NYCU faculty must deposit NT$20,000 to enroll in the program successfully. The deposit will return as completing all modules’ requirements and submitting the application.
- Attend all modules (Participants can only ask for leave for 6 hours in the whole module, and in each module are allowed up to 3 hours of leave).
- Finish all assigned tasks during or after each module.
- Submit the fellowship application (with 2 recommendation letters) before April 30th, 2026.
No deposit is required for NYCU Ph.D. students and post-doctoral researchers to enroll in the FLTHE program. However, it is necessary to complete all the following requirements.
- Complete the 3-day training course
- Finish all assigned tasks before and during the module.
- Submit the HEA Associate Fellowship Application before May 31st, 2026.

Mail back your “Faculty form” or “Ph.D. / Doctoral Form” to HEAT (heat@nycu.edu.tw), ext. 50183.

1. 國立陽明交通大學參與的教師 For NYCU Faculty

英國Advance HE嚴格要求需管控出席，教師2+1模組培訓需全程參與，最多只能請假6小時，且每個梯次請假不超過3小時。若請假超過時數，恕不退還保證金。
培訓後必需申請Advance HE國際高教認證，未申請認證，將不退保證金。
若您未達培訓時數基本要求，僅完成國際高教認證申請，亦不退保證金。

Strict attendance requirements will be enforced. Participants can only ask for leave for 6 hours in the whole module, and in each module allows up to 3 hours of leave. Unexcused absences will result in the required withdrawal from the program without a deposit refund.
After training, you need to apply for the HEA Fellowship. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you complete the certification application without sufficient training hours, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. 國立陽明交通大學在學博士生/博士後 For NYCU Ph.D. students and Postdocs

不需繳交保證金，但需配合培訓時程，確實參與並完成主要18小時培訓。完成後由英國Advance HE提供培訓證書。
為配合主要培訓暨認證，本校國際高教培訓暨認證中心會規畫相關活動，不強迫但建議能盡量撥冗參加，以確實獲得教學提升與輔助。
培訓後必需申請Advance HE國際高教認證。

No deposit is required for NYCU Ph.D. students and post-doctoral researchers to enroll in the FLTHE program. However, it is necessary to complete the 3-day (18 hours) module to obtain the training certificate.
It is not compulsory but recommended to attend all related activities before and after the module.
After the module, you will need to write a 1400-word Associate Fellowship for Higher Education Accreditation and apply to Advance HE for accreditation.

3. 國立陽明交通大學國際高教培訓暨認證中心保留調整個審核、繳費、培訓、認證等重要日期，以及調整培訓培訓方式與內容的權利，以因應突發狀況或不可抗拒之因素。
NYCU reserves the right to adjust dates and training details to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
