主旨:有關本校113下學期選課的重要事宜,如附說明,請查照。

說明:
一、選課之前,請務必了解「學士班必修科目表」、「碩博班修課規定」 。

二、選課網址:本校生請由陽明交大單一入口 請點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」。

三、初選前請先「填答問卷」
 (一)113上學期填答教學反應問卷時間為:113年11月12日-113年12月29日。
 (二)填答完以上問卷後,請按「重新整理」後,再「選課」。
   
四、選課前,請先「課程規劃」(非正式選課)。選課時間,同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。
(一)「課程規劃」:非正式選課,所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。
若系上課程共掛為校共同核心課程,將從選課路徑判斷其選別。選課路徑:選擇【學系】時,會認列為系上「必修/選修課程」;選擇【核心課程】時,將會認列為「核心課程」。惟博雅書苑與該學系規定其課程僅能作為學系必修/選修課程時,請勿從【核心課程】路徑選修該課程,避免無法符合畢業條件。如欲調整選別,請從課程規劃區刪除課程後,重新選擇正確的路徑再加選課程。

 (二)「選課時間」,同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。
(1)正式選課有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權(系所/年級)等限制。若系統顯示「未開放」,表示該課程有選課優先權對象限制(系所/年級),如有疑問請洽「主開單位」助理。(助理依照學生選課需求,不同選課階段會有不同的選課優先權的限制)。
(2)正式選課期間,因選課系統會有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權等檢核機制,需要運算時間,如同時上線人數較多時會造成系統運作較慢,請同學耐心等候,並可參考選課系統內系統運作情形(塞車燈號)。

五、113下學期學生選課時間為:
(一)初選第一階段:12月23日中午12:00~12月26日上午10:00
(1)選課時間:24小時不關機
(2)選課分發:12月26日(四)上午10:00關機,系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。
(二)初選第二階段:12月30日中午12:00~1月2日上午10:00
(1)選課時間:24小時不關機
(2)選課分發:1月2日(四) 上午10:00關機,系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。
(三)初選第三階段:2月10日中午12:00~2月13日上午10:00
(1)選課時間:24小時不關機
(2)選課分發:2月13日(四) 上午10:00關機,系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。
(四)開學後加退選:2月17日中午12:00~2月27日上午10:00 (最後選課截止為2月27日上午10:00)
(1)選課時間:每日中午12:00至次日10:00止。
(2)選課分發:每日上午10:00至中午12:00進行有人數上限課程之選課隨機分發。

六、碩博士班生必修課程,請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後,務必上網選課。(例如:書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)

七、學士班同學選修「學士班共同
(一)校共同(通識/核心、外語/語言溝通、體育等):請留意校共同課程之上課地點(如[YM]或[GF])
(二)院共同:目前有管理學院、資訊學院、電機學院。

八、選課常見問題:
(一)選課顯示「未開放」,表示你未有該課程的選課優先權,若想進一步了解狀況,請洽主開單位助理。
(二)選課分發是系統亂數隨機分發,若沒分發上最常見狀況為:
  (1)課程衝堂。
  (2)課程人數已滿。
  (3)課程分發上限。(核心與語言溝通的各階段分發上限;微積分、物理、體育與院共同課程之同類課程最多分發上一門。建議同學加選共同課程,請將志願加滿,選上後,於開學後加退選階段再調整。

九、學生選課作業已全面網路化,同學選課以網路為主。但在特殊情況下(如:必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制),無法於網路加退選時,學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選,請同學填寫『網路選課加退選處理表』。繳單後,請同學務必上選課系統確認課程,自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形以「一般選課系統」為主)。

十、學生若有「課程與選課規劃」相關問題,請逕洽各所屬學系辦公室助理、導師。若有「選課系統操作」相關問題,請電洽課務組同仁。

十一、請同學務必於2月26日(三)前,上網檢查自己選課情形。「確認選課狀況」:選課情形以網路為主(自己欲修習課程請與網路上課表一致)。若是校際選修的同學:請於繳單次日上網確認校際選修的課程。

十二、E3系統將於次日更新選課資料,若有E3問題請洽教資組,分機:31433)

十三、提醒大家:禁止濫用或干擾網路系統,違者將依校規處理。

Please be sure to understand the required/elective courses of your majors (undergraduate student) or the required course regulations of your programs (graduate students). For the latest course registration announcements and instructions, please refer to the Division of Curriculum’s website (https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/aa/ch/app/folder/2501 ).
Course registration system route:
https://portal.nycu.edu.tw > National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University> Online Course Registration System.
Please fill in the “Questionnaire” before stage 1 of course selection.
(1) Questionnaire survey period for spring semester:November /12 2024 ~ December /29 2024
(2) After completing the questionnaire, please reload the website then click on “Add and Drop Course” > “Adding of Course”.
Before the official course selection period begins, click on “Emulator” icon to plan course schedule (please note that this does not mean you complete the course registration). During the course selection period, you must add the courses to the “register list” then check out the course selection result.
(1) Emulator is for planning only, there will be no schedule conflict/restriction check.
If you want to adjust the electives, please delete the original course from the emulator area and select a new path to add courses.
(2) During the course selection period, you must add courses to the “register list”. You may not be able to register a course if it conflicts with another course. If you see “Permission denied”, it means you are currently not eligible for the course registration. Please contact the Dept. of course offering for further information of assistance.

Spring semester 2025 course selection period:
Stage 1 of course selection: December/23 12:00 PM ~ December/26 10:00 AM
(1) Accessible hours of the course registration system are 24 hours every day during the course selection period.
(2) The system will be closed on December/26 10:00 AM. (students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota)
Stage 2 of course selection (current students): December/30 12:00 PM ~January 2 10:00 AM
(1) Accessible hours of the course registration system are 24 hours every day during the course selection period.
(2) The system will be closed on January/2 10:00 AM. (students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota)
Stage 3 of course selection: February/10 12:00 PM ~February/13 10:00 AM
(1) Accessible hours of the course registration system are 24 hours every day during the course selection period.
(2) The system will be closed on February/13 10:00 AM. (students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota)
Add and drop course after classes begin:February/17 12:00 PM- February/27 10:00 AM (Deadline:February/27 10:00AM)
(1) Accessible hours of the course registration system are from 12:00 PM every day to 10:00 AM next day.
(2) The system will be closed from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM every day (students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota)

Graduate students please refer to the required course regulations of your programs and make sure you register the core courses as required.
Common Required Courses:Please pay attention to the class location of common required courses in college and common required courses for undergraduate. And please do not select the required and elective courses by the student's department through the [Core Curriculum] path.
FAQ:
(1) " Permission denied" which means that you do not have the priority of this class. For more details, please contact the Dept. of course offering for further information of assistance.
(2) Students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota. The most common situations of not distributed are as below:
Course schedule conflict.
The course is full.
Course distribution limit. (EX: General education course/Core course).
It is recommended that students fill up their volunteers when they choose common courses. After the selection, they could adjust courses after the beginning of the semester.

‘Online Course Add and Drop Application Form’ is for students who were unable to add or drop courses online due to special circumstances during the course registration period, and also got the permission from the course instructor. Please check the confirmation on the online course selection system before February/26 Course selection results are mainly based on online system. For students who take cross-college courses, kindly confirm the result online on the next day of submitting application.
