Instrument specifications: Wavelength range from 400 to 700 nm

- Wavelength selection mode: single wavelength, dual wavelength.
- Absorbance range: 0.000 to 4.000 OD
- Measurement speed: 6 seconds for single wavelength, 8 seconds for dual wavelength
This machine can perform the following experiments:
- Basic LEISA enzyme color reaction
- Kinetic Assay
- Spectral Scan
- Bradford Protein Assay for Protein Quantification (595nm)
- MTT Assay for Cell Viability (570nm)
- LAL – Kinetic Assay for Endotoxin Test
- The interface is designed in a Genie style for guided operation.
- It is capable of performing qualitative, quantitative, or enzyme kinetic tests simultaneously.
- For each disk, it allows the setting of 6 different experiments along with their calculation parameters.
- A wide range of analysis parameters can be customized, including cut-off, concentration standard, extrapolation percentage, dilution factor, regression method, chart display method, automatic QC parameters, calculated original value, and comparison control value. It also allows for the conversion of the original value into a report.
- Cycle parameters, termination conditions, and settings for linear or quadratic slope calculations, as well as onset conditions for enzyme kinetic method tests, can be adjusted.
- The system is equipped with comprehensive built-in calculation formulas. Users can define constants and variables, perform calculations, and utilize statistical and logical operation functions.
- Reports are automatically generated and can be customized in format (matrix or tabular) and content, including standard linear graphs, averages, concentrations, negatives, positives, and cut-offs. They can also be organized based on specific results.
- The results of experiments can be exported in EXCEL or ASCII format, with customizable output information.
