Borrowing Procedures
Bachelor’s and master’s regalia shall, in principle, be borrowed on a class basis, whereas doctoral regalia shall be borrowed individually.
Borrowing Procedures
Bachelor’s and master’s regalia shall, in principle, be borrowed on a class basis, whereas doctoral regalia shall be borrowed individually.
1.Group Borrowing: Applications shall be submitted online within the announced period. Borrowing shall be conducted on a departmental/institutional (or divisional) basis, with a class representative or designated person responsible for collective payment, collection, and distribution.
2.Individual Borrowing: Applications shall be submitted by the borrower individually, either online or in writing, within the announced period, followed by payment and collection.
3.Extended Borrowing: Prior to the return deadline, borrowers may apply for a one-time extension of up to fourteen 14 days (including weekends and holidays), commencing on the day following the original due date, upon payment of an extension fee of NT$200 per set.
Fees
1.Borrowers shall pay the applicable cleaning and maintenance fee (charged on a tiered basis according to the borrowing period).
2.Graduates of the current academic year who have completed all clearance procedures shall be required to pay a security deposit.
3.Applications submitted outside the announced period shall be subject to an additional administrative processing fee of NT$200 per set.
Return
1.Regalia shall be returned individually after the commencement ceremony in accordance with the schedule announced by the regalia-managing unit of each campus.
2.Late Returns: A late fee of NT$50 per day shall be imposed for each day of delay (excluding weekends and public holidays), up to a maximum amount equivalent to the compensation value of the regalia.
