目的
為提升研究水準,鼓勵本校教師及研究人員將研究成果以論文形式發表於國際一流期刊。

辦法
國立陽明交通大學教師出版學術論文經費使用原則

適用對象
本校專任教師及編制內研究人員,且為所提論文之通訊作者。

補助原則
論文發表機構需為國立陽明交通大學 (National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University)。
刊登期刊需為本校校級指標性期刊及學院重點發表期刊,以實報實銷為原則,並配合年度預算進行核銷。
已向其他機構全額申請論文發表補助費之論文(含已使用計畫經費全額報支費用之論文),不得再向本校申請支付。
當年度受理日期及相關注意事項,以研發處通知及公告為準。
(一) 支付項目範圍包括:論文出版費、超頁費及彩色圖印刷費。
(二) 補助上限如下:
  • 刊登期刊在該領域排名第 1 位或在該領域Ranking Factor前1%,支付總額以拾伍萬元為上限。
  • 刊登期刊在該領域Ranking Factor前10%,支付總額以貳萬元為上限。
  • 論文影響數(Impact Factor)在10以上者,支付總額以參萬元為上限。
  • 前述論文若需支付Open Access費用或申請人選擇Open Access,得額外補助至多貳萬元。
每篇論文以申請支付一次為限。

申請方式
請填妥申請表(excel檔)併同論文抽印本email至承辦人審核,經確認符合條件後,再行寄送申請資料:
  • 申請表(需申請人簽章)及論文抽印本。
  • 發行或印刷單位之價目表及開立之發票(或收據)等有關單據 (需申請人簽章)。
  • 銀行外匯水單(倘以信用卡付費,請附信用卡結帳單)(需申請人簽章)。
  • 若要用其他計畫報支剩餘費用,請另填論文發表費分攤表(需申請人簽章)。
上開所述之憑證等相關單據需為當年度開立,視核定通過之金額支付。

Guidelines for NYCU Faculty Funding for Academic Paper Publication

Applicants must be Full-time teaching faculty and researchers employed by our university who have been designated as the corresponding author for the submitted academic paper.
The institution identified as the publisher should be National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.

The stipend covers expenses such as publishing fees, overlength fees, and color printing fees for the paper.
Each paper can only be used to apply for the stipend once.

The paper must be published in a university's high-impact journal and the key journal for each college, payment methods include those listed below:
  • For journal papers ranked No. 1 in their field or in the top 1% of their field according to the Ranking Factor, the maximum total stipend is NTD$150,000.
  • For journal papers ranked in the top 10% of their field according to the Ranking Factor, the maximum total stipend is NTD$20,000.
  • For papers with an Impact Factor more than 10, the maximum total stipend is NTD$30,000.
  • If Open Access fees are required or the applicant opts for Open Access, the maximum total stipend can increase by NTD$20,000.
To apply, please first email the subsidy application form and an offprint of the paper to the responsible staff member, Ms. Huang, at [email protected]. After eligibility for the subsidy is confirmed, the following application documents should be submitted:
  • An application form (signed by the applicant) and an offprint of the paper.
  • Price list provided by the publishing or printing companies along with original copies of invoices (or receipts)(signed by the applicant).
  • Original copies of the bank transaction proofs. (For credit card transactions, please include a copy of the credit card payment)(signed by the applicant).
  • If other projects (e.g. NSTC) will cover the remaining costs, please also submit the split_payments form (signed by the applicant).
All proofs and related receipts must be issued in the current year; expenses from previous years cannot be reimbursed..
Papers previously submitted for stipend applications at other institutions are not eligible for stipend applications at the university.
If the remaining expenses are covered by another project, please submit the project reimbursement documents to Planning Division I, Office of R&D (Yangming Campus) for verification. The explanation section of the Expense Reimbursement Form must include the note: "Applying for NTD$XXX subsidy from 114W084400." The application will only be considered complete after verification.
