國科會修正專題研究計畫報告撰寫格式，並自即日起實施
一、依國家科學及技術委員會114年10月2日科會綜字第1140071795號函辦理。
二、依據國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第19點規定，申請機構應督促計畫主持人於研究計畫執行期滿後三個月內至國科會網站線上繳交研究成果報告及出國心得報告等電子檔。
三、旨揭報告撰寫格式本次修正刪除成果彙整表(原附件三)，請於國科會專題研究計畫成果報告系統摘要條列說明成果貢獻。
四、修正後報告撰寫格式如附件，亦可至國科會網站(網址：https://www.nstc.gov.tw/)「專題研究計畫專區」之共用表格自行下載。

Report Writing Format
In this revision, the Results Summary Table (previously Appendix 3) has been removed. Please summarize the project’s contributions in bullet points in the NSTC Research Project Report System.
