華仁全球講座-卓越訪問教授(DVP)補助計畫
Distinguished Visiting Professorship (DVP) Subsidy Program
⼀、緣起目的Background
國立陽明交通大學(下稱本校)爲拓展師生國際學術視野、促進學術交流、激發學生學習動機與興趣，獲華仁全球講座補助，邀請國際卓越學者至本校短期學術研究訪問與講學，制定本計畫。
To broaden the international academic perspectives of faculty and students, promote academic exchange, and stimulate students’learning motivation and interest, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), with support from the H&J Global Chair, invites internationally distinguished scholars to NYCU for short-term academic research visits and teaching.
二、 補助項目 Qualifications
本校各院系邀請教師前請先提供教師簡歷與教學獲獎資料予教務處，先確認教師身分確實符合「卓越訪問教授(DVP)補助計畫」。
1.「大師卓越教學補助」DVP Teaching
配合學期系所暨校級課程審核時程，申請國際教授卓越教學計畫(DVP)華仁全球講座補助計畫需先撰寫申請書，並含講者履歷、重要教學成效/獎項、系所聘任其授課簡要規劃等。並需符合課程「⾄少完整⼀學期」、「實體授課」、「多數⼤⼀新⽣可修」等基準，經教務處核實確認後將提供補助。
教務處確認補助後，回由系所或教學小組與教師進行後續洽談與簽約。課程規
劃，包含課程內容、教學方式、成效評鑑等，由系所或教學小組及負責教師與邀請講員共同規劃。該授課學期末，系所與負責教師需向教務處提報整體教學成效與使用經費，以向華仁全球講座報告並辦理結案 (若華仁全球講座委員於學期中提出審閱補助課程相關佐證資料，亦需請系所配合提供)。
In alignment with the curriculum review meetings and schedules at all academic levels, colleges, departments, and institutes of the University may invite internationally outstanding professors to offer at least one complete semester-long course in their area of expertise at the University and apply for this grant. The course must meet the requirements of being a “full-semester course,” “delivered in person,” and “open to the majority of students across the University.” For co-taught courses with NYCU Faculty, the international professor must conduct at least two-thirds (inclusive) of the total teaching hours. Through innovative perspectives and teaching strategies in their specialized fields, this initiative aims to expand students’ international academic horizons and enhance their learning motivation and interest.
2. 「國外重要獎項學者短期教研補助」International Award scholars’ short-Term visiting
本校各院系所於學期間邀「曾獲諾貝爾獎得主(Nobel Prize)、圖靈獎（ACM A.M. Turing Award）、唐獎得主(Tang Prize)、沃爾夫獎得主(Wolf Prize)、費爾茲獎得主 (Fields Medals)或其他相當資格之國際獎項得主」、「國家院士級學者或相當院士等級之國際知名學者」，以7日內為原則(最多不超過14日)之短期訪問、研究或學術演講。國際學者來訪期間需舉辦至少1場師生座談或演講活動或開設短期微學分課程，其主題建議為國內欠缺或待加強之學術領域。
NYCU’s departments invited internationally renowned scholars who are recipients of major international awards—such as the Nobel Prize, ACM A.M. Turing Award, Tang Prize, Wolf Prize, Fields Medal, or other awards of equivalent standing—or national academicians or scholars of comparable international distinction, for short-term visits, research, or academic lectures within seven days in semester. The international scholar must conduct at least one lecture, or a micro course that focus on academic fields.
3、「卓越教師講座補助」Distinguished Faculty
為鼓勵本校優秀教師(含專任教授/副教授/助理教授)，發展前瞻性研究或教學領域為本校培育未來先進人才，提昇國際學術競爭力，每年教師以補助3名為原則，每人以領1次為限。教務處得邀3至5位傑出人士共同審查，審查時得邀請申請人併同相關單位主管列席說明。
To support NYCU outstanding faculty of full-time professors, associate professors, and assistant professors to develop forward-looking research or teaching areas, cultivate future advanced talents, and enhance NYCU’s international academic competitiveness, Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) provided subsidies to a maximum of three faculty per year. Each faculty member may receive the grant only once. The OAA invite three to five distinguished experts to jointly conduct these reviews. During reviewing process, applicants and relevant unit heads may be invited to attend and provide explanations as needed.
三、 補助範圍 Subsidy Scope
來台授課教師每學期每門課程 100 萬元經費為上限；經費涵蓋項目需符合本校主計室相關規定，並以教師薪資之人事費，以及經濟艙機票、勞健保補充保費、學校招待所住宿等業務費為基準，無設備費用補助。
The maximum subsidy for each course taught by visiting instructors in Taiwan is NT$1,000,000 per semester. The expenses must comply with the relevant regulations of NYCU’s Accounting Office, covering the instructor's salary (including accommodation), labor and health insurance supplementary premiums to the government, one return economy class airfare, and course-related expenses (such as teaching assistant fees and course materials). Notably, equipment expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
