Inbound Exchange Program:
  • Exchange Students
    • Nominated by NYCU’s partner institutions (with a valid student exchange agreement).
    • Exempted from paying tuition fees and are required to meet the minimum credit requirements.
    • Free Chinese courses available.
  • Visiting Students
    • Students from NYCU’s partner universities that are self-nominated to join the exchange program.
    • Students from non-partner universities who wish to take courses at NYCU.
    • Visiting Students have to pay the tuition fees and are required to meet the minimum credit requirements.
    • Free Chinese courses available.
Inbound Short-term Research Program:
  • Short-term Research Students
    • Students from international institutions who wish to research at NYCU. (less than 180 days).
    • Students will need to find an NYCU host professor before submitting the application.
    • No application rounds. Students need to apply three months before the tentative research start date.
Inbound Short-term Program (tailor-made):
For international students who are interested in learning the basics and trends of the latest emerging technology or experiencing the beauty of Taiwanese culture as well as languages.
