一、

目的 Purposes

本校配合教育部「延攬及留住大專校院特殊優秀人才實施彈性薪資方案」,延攬及留任特殊優秀人才,以提升本校學術競爭力,給予本校優秀教研人員本薪以外之獎勵金.

In order to recruit and retain special and superior talents and to enhance the academic competitiveness of the University, and to implement a merit pay plan in accordance with the Merit Pay Implementation Program for Recruiting and Retaining Special and Superior Talents for Taiwanese Universities stipulated by the Ministry of Education.

辦法 Guidelines

國立陽明交通大學延攬及留住特殊優秀人才彈性薪資暨獎勵補助支應原則.

National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines for Merit Pay and Incentive Grants for Recruiting and Retaining Special and Superior Talents.
 

三、

適用對象 Applicable targets

本校編制內現職及新聘專任有給之特殊優秀教研人員.

The University current and newly hired special and superior faculty members and research fellows (including teaching, research, and professional and technical staff) within the University establishment.
 

四、

獎勵資格及審查機制 Qualifications and review mechanism
  • 卓越及傑出教研人員:經所屬院級單位推薦,由校級彈性薪資審議委員會審查.
    Exceptional and outstanding faculty members and research fellows: Reviewed by the University Merit Pay Review Committee upon recommendation of their respective college units.
  • 績優教研人員及新聘特殊優秀教研人員:由各院級彈性薪資審議會議審查.
    Excellent faculty members and research fellows and newly hired special and superior faculty members and research fellows: The review shall be conducted by the College Merit Pay Review Committee, and each college shall specify the method of review.
